Neither Reader nor Contributor is allowed to read data as they are control plane roles. But Storage Blob Data Contributor and Storage Blob Data Reader will be able to read.

Yes, ADF CI/CD will be covered quite soon followed by Databricks episodes. On the other hand, Stream Analytics will be one of the last topics.

In my opinion - yes. Otherwise, secrets/passwords have a tendency to expire at the least expected time.
