    There is always some nuggets in your conversations. It makes me believe that conversations like this, force the archery industry to improve, because bowhunters are more educated. We expect better from ourselves, and our equipment. Great job, hope you keep it up...

    I have been chasing my tune on my Phase 4 for the whole summer. So much I just check my tune every week. New strings ✔️ thank you guys. Good hunting!

      I just had to have my Phase 4 times a little for broadheads. I have over 1,000 shots on mine and the original strings. It was slightly out of tune, they twisted it 1/2 turn. They raised my rest a very little bit and took the broadheads from being 5” right, I am left handed shooter, to grouping with the field points.

    I know you like Gas strings and Victory arrows. I do too, but the stuck nocks are too tight for the Gas servings. Do you reserve your new strings or change your nocks?? if either what size serving do you use or what nocks do you use?

    I love the GAS Ghost strings on my Realm X. They've been great. I ordered a backup set from you in July, late I know, just in case of an emergency. I'm hoping they arrive soon but I'm not holding my breath. I'll at least have them for next season. Great content guys!

    Thoughts on the High Octane with the heat treatment? I’ve only really seen the ghost or freak show strings reviews from gas but I love the color selections with the octane.

    I recently went into my archery shop to decide if I should replace my center serving or just get a new set of strings and my shop tried to steer me away from getting Vapor Trail or GAS strings on my V3X, saying Mathews bows don't seem to be quite right without Zebra strings???🤔 Do bow shops get incentivised by Mathews to keep customers with Zebra strings?

    Josh do you find Bowtech hard on cables? I have a revolt had it for three years and feel like it wears out the cables fast, it's always spreading out the serving where it bends around the cams.
    Actually just had the shop put 70lb limbs on it, and it blew up when the set of GAS strings I had on it failed, though I did probably have 3000 shots on those, but the strings are always fine just the serving moves and separates.

    Will u please answer this question had gas strings put on my v3x 29 and I have 75 lb mod on pulling 72.8 pounds I measured my ata 29 1/4 I think that is the reason for the poundage loss shouldn't my ata come in right at 29 inches center of bolt to center of bolt

    • @lylemiller5016
      @lylemiller5016 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it should I had mine the same way? Just twist up your cables. Equally on both sides till it matches 75 pounds and the ATA is in spect.

    I would pay more for a bow that already had good aftermarket level string/cables on them. I have GAS on my Mathews. All I can say is, I had to chase my tune with the stock strings, and GAS solved that. Sure, every set will have some break in and need a tweak, but you shouldn't have to keep chasing the tune due to stretch.

    Spot on with the black Gas strings availability. Cut my string last week. Gas had the quickest turn around time because they are making string & cable sets ahead of time in black. 2 day shipping turned into 6, but whatever I was freaking out? 😂

    Yes shooting version of the hot ones but tosss boneless nuggets in em and walk a 3d course as many targets as nuggets only loser of the 3 eat nugget at each target. 100 yard moose last dab only one shot each

    Well, quality string materials, just not built well. Layup and attention to serving size and tension is the real failure of most stock strings. Stock string makers are focused on volume. I'd also add there is usually several string makers used by a manufacture, which leads to irregularities.

    I have over 2500 shots on my A3 bloodlines and there 10×s better than the gas strings I had. But this is just from my experience. And when the first time I bought gas I thought they were great till I got to about the 500th shot and they stretched bad. That experience alone turned me off of gas, they might be better and I got a bad set, but ill never know cause ill never buy them again.
    A3's feom here on out, only bad thing about A3 is ita takes awhile to get them, 6 weeks for mine but was well worth the wait
