Just because her sons got murdered doesn't make her a bad mother. As children get older, they began to explore the world on their own. They pick up on things and etc. For you to write an ignorant comment like this just shows how you were raised. That's if you want to go there.

My heart is aching , she tried her hardest to get through this interview and be strong , her voice started cracking and I lost it 🥺. Lord please bless and keep her , bring her peace and comfort for the rest of her days 🙏🏾♥️
As a fan of hip hop I am deeply disappointed in the way it has evolved into something evil that has no more morals. No mother should be forced to grieve constantly again and again bc ignorant people want to disrespect her child’s death like it’s a laughing matter. Smh man.
Man, I feel for this woman. Bc she may not have really known if he was involved in street shit or not. But the pain that is caused from street shit is overwhelming to the mothers who may not even know wtf is going on. You can literally see and hear her pain.
Tooka wasnt in the streets, they from Lowend and i think they got into it with STL dudes at first. He was hanging around, but not active. I would hang around them too if that was the only other teens in my city, dont no one wanna be the outsider🤣
I honestly believe she is a great mother. But coming from were I’m from the mothers have no idea how deep their children are in the street. I used to do some of the wildest shit and come home and my mom would ask me “what you do today” and I would simply reply “nothing much” people want to believe their babies are perfect but at the end of the day these kids are dealing with issue outside the home that have nothing to do with their home situation. These streets is wicked and have a hold on our children. It’s not the parent it the environments we come up in
Yeah trus sh!t you talkn bruh. My moms, and neighbors thought I was the perfect angel. The people two block around the corner knew I was bad as h3ll smh.
This lady is shaking tremendously talking about her son, I feel for her so bad, I can’t imagine my child at 15 yrs old, a child!!!! Gunned down & being made fun of, still 10yrs later still being disrespected! Her heart is aching, show some remorse, some respect! I’m praying for her Sanity🙏🏽❤️
If it was the other way around he would and have been doing the same thing that is how it goes. He was just on the losing side. Sorry for the mom but her son did this
You can’t help but to feel her pain. The Oblock rappers had us all disrespecting Tooka not even knowing the situation. So ma’am if you see this comment I’m personally sorry for singing along to those lyrics. 🙏🏾

I was crying just watching this interview. 😢😢his been deceased since 2011 I would be getting money from every last song with his name in it. They won’t let him Rest In Peace !!
I can only imagine the pain she went through and continues to go through because just like most parents, she had no idea what her son was doing in the streets. Parents can be really naïve because it's hard to believe that he wasn't active or affiliated based on the people he was hanging with. Even in her own words, she's alluding to the fact that he was involved in some capacity because he was kicked out of school, she was getting him a mentor, dudes talking shit to him and trying to fight him. There's no way he wasn't active or affiliated. Especially since he has been getting dissed for a decade.
My only question is these teens are running the streets overnight. 1,2,3 am. Maybe they went out after their parents slept. They did not know what their children were up to. He got kicked out of school. I have a 15 year old planning a sweet 16, I do feel for her. Real tragedy all around.
@@macamo9991 I’m a Illinois investigator, I can tell you that’s Bullshyt. FBG Duck had no verifiable record either. May he rest in peace now but he was a part of FBG crew. His affiliations were his choice, mother is in serious denial. I do pray she receives peace on earth. He was vicious with his hands but a lot of these teens are punks and rather shoot. My point is he was forced to participate in certain illegal activities in the streets bc of the company he kept. He wasn’t on papers bc his crimes were not verifiable. 😢I see a lot of maiming and death, most of it is caused by 9-16yrs. There’s a 9 yr old kid that I interviewed for murdering a grown man over a damn card game. He’s is already gone, his eyes are dark, no remorse, had no record, he is a product of his environment, which is terrifying unfortunately. He understands life and death he just don’t gaf bc in his words no one gaf about him. More proper parenting is needed, men need to be involved in their children’s lives and women need to be held accountable as well. The more positive activities a child participates in, more love shown is gives him a chance to live a productive life.

For the radio station to block and ignore a grieving mother is really disgusting. If they didn’t wanna stop playing the song the VERY LEAST they could have done was edit it. This woman has been through enough and then to turn the radio on and hear that is just….. smfh. This interview was heart wrenching 💔❤️🩹
If she only knew how much she could of sued the radio along with Chief Keef and any other artist who mentioned his name in a disrespectful way simply for trauma and grievances..
This has to be THE BEST interview with Miss Dominique. I can NOW understand why she breaks down EVERY time she tells Tooka's story. She tried to save her son so many times. Unfortunately, she couldn't help him on this particular day. This interview let us know that she wanted the BEST for her son...her children. She didn't condone of any gang related activities whether TOOKA was involved or not.
I'm feeling for this woman on a whole other level. I already felt a form of empathy and sympathy for her as a son of a mother who always worries about every day. I totally agree that they stop using his name.
I enjoyed this interview. She seems to be such a nice person. It made me sad listening to what happened prior to him being taken, as well as afterwards. She’s so strong and admirable.
This is so sad. You can tell that she is still deeply hurt about what happened, as she should be. I think everybody need to apologize to this woman. I know that wouldn't help her much because her son is still gone and they need to stop saying his name. The disrespect has to stop. This is his mama. She can't properly grieve due to his name being brought up in disrespectful ways. This interview was sad and anyone who continues to glorify the disrespect is apart of the problem Period. RIP Tooka 🙏

And killing each other and laughing about it. The pain is real . None of them have lived over 30. Dead or in jail. The streets that bad. I would move my family or send my child to another state with family. She wants to believe her son was and good boy! My mother didn’t kno everything I was into. And these kids are living and fast life ,haveing to grow up fast because of the environment

Sometimes a mother don’t know. She know she did her best. But some parents really don’t know what’s going on. A lot of parents are really strict and that’s why the kids begin to be sneaky and seek fun because their “bored” I wish her nothing but peace. But her heart is still broken, I can hear it. Yes to this! I feel the exact same way. Her making it seem like he was an innocent child just trying to go to school. He was clearly into something. This lady is doing a whole lot of projecting and is full of regret. She mentioned a male friend basically warning her about her child's reakless mouth, and she didn't want to hear it. She said her son was a good fighter and if he couldn't beat you he would poke you with the knife he carried. He was often kicked out of school and was signed up for wrestling to control his anger, he gained his name from being known to have an attitude...with all of that going on, i know for a fact her and her grandmother couldn't control him. That's why she said it starts at home. It does and although they did the best they could, her home/community was dysfunctional. May she find peace.
Tooka is dead because of the way he was raised. Just like my two brothers and father. It's hard to change , it's hard to learn , I was a product of my environment just like this women. We bring this kids into the world and we don't give them a chance. How many kids did tooka kill or woulda killed? How many kids is this women gonna lose? I hope tooka losing his life has changed her as a mother.

@Ali Boom thats the point how you claim something you don't own. Why are defending something you don't own or have the brains to? Own it! You can rightfully protect what you own. Then turn around mad at the white man. Like she said sad and ignorant. I guarantee if the effort was put in to put your name of it ain't no way in hell the streets would be shot up. It's ridiculous. Then look up to these ppl and they never come back to take care of you. The statements not meant as an insult it should be inspirational.
@Ali Boom I won't apologize for being passionate about our culture getting out of the gutter mentality. In addition there was noting to question. It only appears to be a rant because it's written communication.

Listening to this woman makes my heart break! I literally have tears rolling down my face. It’s just so, so, sad and this woman is hurting sooooo much and always will. No one should make fun of someone who was killed, especially kids! But no one at all should diss the dead, the family that is left behind has to deal with that, especially when it is in a song!! So horrible what the mom’s , dad’s, and siblings have to deal with!! People think it’s funny making fun of the people that have gotten killed (.that they hated.). But what do they do when their best friend, or loved one gets killed??? Then they hurt and go through it also!!! So all this killing needs to stop! They kill each other over barely nothing!! Instead of using your hands and fighting it out, they are taking each other’s lives, and that’s forever!!!! It is awful to just look at this year so far, and see how many rappers, and people that are in gangs , and also the innocent victims, that have gotten killed since January!!!! I pray this ends and they find another way to settle differences, instead of killing, and then everyone lives!!! God please bless this woman and all the other moms and family that have lost their lives to gun violence!

This is heart wrenching. Prayers to this mother and all the other families that have been through this. I just can’t imagine.

Why, she raised a gang member?

You could have been the best mother and your child could still stray away! All you can do is try to raise and teach them the best you can and hope that they carry what you taught them through life! Nobody should ever have to bury their child and this woman baby is gone forever! I can't imagine the pain this Mama feels knowing she will never get to hug or tell her baby she love him!😭😭😭
Excuses
This lady deserves some peace in her live I wish I could give her a hug. To disrespect her Son there the way they do is unacceptable and need to stop. BLESS UP SISTER TOOKA RIP YOUNGA..God will keep You Safe now .
This interview hurt me so bad...😥 I couldn't finish watching it. Condolences to this woman & may her son R.I.PARADISE 🙏🏾

When I Realized Who Tooka Was I Didn’t Want To Say His Name When I Heard Songs With His Name In It & Its Kind Of Sad That People Have To Hear Their Kids Names In Songs After They Passed Away They Cant Even Grieve In Peace, My Prayers Goes Out To All These Mothers In Chicago, All Over The World Who Lost Their Child
Thank u for ur open honesty

She's trying to keep his innocence, but you can hear the holes and skip overs in her story... sounded like a troubled young man that didn't get a chance to mature and get out
Nigga you sound like the police wit dem terms like “holes in the story” and I’m from da raq and tooka wasn’t a “troubled” kid
@@montana10155 why does my opinion have to be police shit...I don't giva fuck where you from, it's ok to disagree
