I’m proud of myself every time I solve a puzzle. I miss those days where I don’t have to spend so much money on a game. And this one supports cognitive health.
Is it weird that an inexpensive seek-and-find game is my third favorite game of all time? I've played hundreds of games, from all corners of the industry. Crash, Mario, Sonic, Kirby, Uncharted, etc. They're all good games but the simplicity, creepiness, the dark, simple, but still good story, the great puzzles, the spooky music, the hidden object scenes, just...everything...Mwah. I wasn't a kid who grew up on Amnesia or Slender or Five Nights at Freddy's. THIS was my horror game. And it's awesome. Play it if you can, please.
I'm sure that there are many others who love this game as much, the first few MCF games are among the my popular walkthroughs. Five Nights at Freddy's? Not sure, I'd feel silly playing it so many years after it exploded in popularity.
Same, yes there's dozens of indie horror games and many others made by big gaming companies to choose from now. They're all fun but in my opinion they don't hold a candle to Ravenhearst. The simplicity, the sound design, the atmosphere, the art. No wonder I never got tired of playing this during summer. Escape to Ravenhearst was a great sequel to it too. The puzzles were challenging and that's why I loved it even more along with the scares. The story got darker there. I'd play these games again if only I had the game files.
I really am planning to do all MCF games eventually, I actually started working on this one months ago, but put it on hold due to obligations in real life and because I wanted to do some newer games first. I'll probably do 13th skull or Madame Fate once I finish it.
I made a walkthrough of this video for my horrortober 2021 playlist. I'm in the process of recording either the 4th game of this franchise, or G.H.O.S.T Hunters, I just can't decide.
Please upload Mystery Case Files: Huntsville as soon as possible, then please record and upload Mystery Case Files: Huntsville Walkthrough Part 1 as soon as possible!
It's on my to-do list, but I can't start recording it before I finish the ongoing projects... This is not my full-time job, it takes me a while to finish recording a walkthrough.
I told you to record and upload Mystery Case Files: Huntsville videos! Please do it as soon as possible before Mystery Case Files: The Black Veil comes!
Thanks for watching :) It might take me a while to finish it, since making a walkthrough for a hidden object game is very time consuming, but I'll do my best.
I haven't played that game yet but it just checked out some reviews and it seems that not many players like it. Any resemblance to this game? Might be worth checking out in that case.
