26 Jan 2024 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer and today was Er positive meaning my estrogen is telling the cancer cells to keep growing and are spreading. I haven't start treatment yet. I F..king scared as hell . 23 February 2024 I lost my uncle to throat cancer. Listening to this, recalls all the pain I saw him going through. Wherever he is, I hope he knows that "It’s Okay" he played his part in this life.

My mom transitioned in 2017; from cancer, twenty days after her 79 BD. And, eecently, I have three relatives, including my sister, that are battling stage 4 cancer. They are between the ages of 53-65. Oh, and I forgot to mention that my 84 year old aunt was recently cured of skin cancer. It's so overwhelming! Amazing. A person like Nightbirde comes once in a generation. Not due to her talent, not due to disease, not due to her passing. It's due to the flame she brought to those who knew of her first hand or those of us who stumbled upon her by accident and were deeply touched. Not many people have the ability to touch so many over such a short period of time. So much untapped talent, such limited exposure, yet so many will remember her by the way she lived.
I know right, every time I need some sort of pickup I just listen to this song. For example, when my uncle killed himself just last month, I got home after getting the call on the way and all I thought to do was listen to this song. Even if Nightbirde can't continue to help people how she helped me, I truly am so glad that her song will live on forever and still, in it's own way, make a difference.
What deeply touches me is the fact that she was trying to comfort others, eventhough she was the one who needed it the most 💝 Her voice is outstanding, what wonderful gifts she's left us. She will never be forgotten.

This song means a lot to me because I have stage 4 colon cancer. Last August I went to the hospital because I wasn't feeling good and they discovered the cancer. When first diagnosed my cancer cell count was 2008 a few months ago it was 39. I'm going to beat this. To all those who have or have had cancer, never give up

But I lost everything in my life, also I'm suffering from a rare medical condition which creates chronic severe pain in my chest and ribs 24x7, it's not terminal but it's also untreatable. I don't wanna stay in bed resting all the time and also I can't bear the pain. Some stories have no happy endings, but I do have some hope left in me even with pain and depression, and that something is still keeping me going on somehow. I wish you a very happy day, and thanks for noticing me and stopping by.
I know the struggle brother. I've been in the ward twice for suicide attempts. It's hard to move forward. I've never had anyone I could count on. I've been on my own my whole life. Even though I have a family. It sucks. I've wasted most of my life trying to please others and giving more than I can give most times to help and never have that reciprocated. Finding the right counselor is hard, I found one, but the VA only allowed me so many visits until I was deemed not suicidal anymore. Finding closure in yourself with people who have hurt and wronged you is the first step. Keep fighting brother

I listen to this song every night before bed. She was so amazing and she touched so many people in her songs and words. My sister died of cancer at the age of 3. Though she was in extreme pain she always wore a smile. I just couldn't understand why. She was locked inside of a hospital for most of her life when she finally got out to die at home she was amazed to see the sky and grass for the first time since she was a baby. August 2024.. I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer August 2020. Stage 4. Terminal. I was given 18 months. But 2% make it to year 5. Its been 4 years and im stable. I listen to this often. I was 29 with 4 kids and a husband when I was diagnosed. So the song speaks to me. I only hope I live long enough to see my boys become men. Anyway RIP. I lost m'lady 10-28-2021 due to liver and ascites, plus much more in addition because of the condition. We watched Nightbirde about 6 months before she passed, and they think/say the same (present-tense as they're still here, you just have to hear/feel it and accept). I cry every time I hear this song.
BUT, it's ok, because we're all a little lost, and it's all right.

My mom transitioned in 2017; from cancer, twenty days after her 79 BD. And, eecently, I have three relatives, including my sister, that are battling stage 4 cancer. They are between the ages of 53-65. Oh, and I forgot to mention that my 84 year old aunt was recently cured of skin cancer. It's so overwhelming! However, I found this song today and I've been playing it nonstop. This is helping me not to feel so helpless, but hopeful. Thank you Nightbirde for your gift of healing and hope. RIP

I just barely found this song tonight and it brought me to tears because it's exactly what I needed. The first thing I wanted to do after hearing it was to say thank you in some way to the person who sings it. Amazing. A person like Nightbirde comes once in a generation. Not due to her talent, not due to disease, not due to her passing. It's due to the flame she brought to those who knew of her first hand or those of us who stumbled upon her by accident and were deeply touched. Not many people have the ability to touch so many over such a short period of time. So much untapped talent, such limited exposure, yet so many will remember her by the way she lived.
I know right, every time I need some sort of pickup I just listen to this song. For example, when my uncle killed himself just last month, I got home after getting the call on the way and all I thought to do was listen to this song. Even if Nightbirde can't continue to help people how she helped me, I truly am so glad that her song will live on forever and still, in it's own way, make a difference.
What deeply touches me is the fact that she was trying to comfort others, eventhough she was the one who needed it the most 💝 Her voice is outstanding, what wonderful gifts she's left us. She will never be forgotten.

This song means a lot to me because I have stage 4 colon cancer. Last August I went to the hospital because I wasn't feeling good and they discovered the cancer. When first diagnosed my cancer cell count was 2008 a few months ago it was 39. I'm going to beat this. To all those who have or have had cancer, never give up

@@lobo1368 I'm more than great full for your support and care for me. The thing is I wasn't a depressed soul like this as always. I was a happy person full of life. But I lost everything in my life, also I'm suffering from a rare medical condition which creates chronic severe pain in my chest and ribs 24x7, it's not terminal but it's also untreatable. I don't wanna stay in bed resting all the time and also I can't bear the pain. Some stories have no happy endings, but I do have some hope left in me even with pain and depression, and that something is still keeping me going on somehow. I wish you a very happy day, and thanks for noticing me and stopping by.
I know the struggle brother. I've been in the ward twice for suicide attempts. It's hard to move forward. I've never had anyone I could count on. I've been on my own my whole life. Even though I have a family. It sucks. I've wasted most of my life trying to please others and giving more than I can give most times to help and never have that reciprocated. Finding the right counselor is hard, I found one, but the VA only allowed me so many visits until I was deemed not suicidal anymore. Finding closure in yourself with people who have hurt and wronged you is the first step. Keep fighting brother

I listen to this song every night before bed. She was so amazing and she touched so many people in her songs and words. My sister died of cancer at the age of 3. Though she was in extreme pain she always wore a smile. I just couldn't understand why. She was locked inside of a hospital for most of her life when she finally got out to die at home she was amazed to see the sky and grass for the first time since she was a baby. August 2024.. I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer August 2020. Stage 4. Terminal. I was given 18 months. But 2% make it to year 5. Its been 4 years and im stable. I listen to this often.
