ABOUT 'HIDDEN AWAY':
The film follows Rafa and Ibrahim, two teenage boys that befriend each other. Ibrahim is a Moroccan immigrant who does not want to return home. Lost and desperate in the streets of Bilbao, he meets Rafa. Rafa is a typical Spanish middle-class boy that is having problems with his friends and pressures around his sexuality. Once they meet each other, they become inseparable. Rueda captures their friendship as they navigate through Ibra’s deportation, racism and their identities.

it reminds me of a guy from my forth grade and I he knew I thought he was the sky the air the sun and everything else. Unfortunately the exacting words weren't acted upon. Other than 2 boys sleeping in the same bed and the sharing of pillows.
I've seen the movie allot off time , and always think about when he give him the necklace and he explained what it represents " IT'S NOT ONE PIECE BUT TWO PIECES AND IF THEY ONCE GET SEPARATED THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THO BE REUNITED AGAIN " and I'm still waiting for part 2 😭😭😭😭😭😭✌✌

@@hyiascynth the kiss on its own was just a kiss. They're young and inexperienced after all. But in context of what was happening between it had deep meaning. It's part of the charm of the story... They didn't have a chance to explore their connection. The lingering "what if", the many injustices in the story, that's what the story is really about.
