That's one thing I love about Mike and the whole band in general; while a lot of artist churn out love song after love song, or break-up song after break-up song, these guys write about things that really matter to them.
Thank you for sharing this video. I appreciate it a lot as a part Japanese/American who had relatives put in internment camps during WW2. I also had relatives who fought in the 100/442nd and also the military intelligence service in the Pacific. Thank you again. My great uncle even got a purple heart while fighting in Italy. Ironically he never fired a shot from his weapon.
I love fort minor because they make there songs based on how they feel and what matters to them and that it's not like inappropriate stuff like pop music
I talked to my folks (Japanese) when I was younger about these stuff and the things my parents told me were different then the stuff I heard at school. And I told them that and really, they were like "shikataganai" and it sucks cause it gets confusing when you don't know what's the truth... Thank you for this video!!
That's an overstatement haha, I can't remember the last time I saw a professional Japanese football player, basketball player, Hockey Player, etc. The list goes on... People are people, don't base it on race.
If you believe or not the same thing is now happening here in Europe, espeacially in the Netherlands. "Everyone" who does not look like west-european (regardless your faith) is facing lots of discrimination. I can say it because i experience it every single day...That's why Fort Minors Kenji is so amazingly comparable with the situation here in Europe.

Yeah that's exactly it
