In this video we have with us Akshay Doshi who have secured Rank 75 in UPSC CSE 2023. Akshay shared his journey how he made to the final list of UPSC Result 2023 and how he became IAS in his last attempt.
Akshay is a graduate from the IIT and it was the dream of his father that one day Akshay will become an IAS officer. So after being graduated form the IIT, Akshay started his UPSC preparation in 2016. First 4 attempts were came as a failure as he was not able to clear the UPSC CSE. After the four attempts the pendamic hit the world and country went through a lockdown, at this time Akshay was also stuck at his home as all his reading materials were in Delhi where he use to prepare for UPSC.
But he gathered the courage and again started his preparation, this time he made a complete strategy on how to clear UPSC. In his last attempt of UPSC CSE, Akshay cleared the exam and got the AIR-75 in USPC CSE 2023 results. His father was happy and this time he gave a reply to all the people who doubted his abilities.
इस वीडियो में हमारे साथ हैं अक्षय दोशी जिन्होंने UPSC CSE 2023 में 75वीं रैंक प्राप्त की है। अक्षय ने अपनी यात्रा का वर्णन किया कि उन्होंने UPSC परिणाम 2023 की अंतिम सूची में कैसे स्थान बनाया और उन्होंने अपने अंतिम प्रयास में IAS कैसे बने। अक्षय IIT के graduate हैं और यह उनके पिता का सपना था कि एक दिन अक्षय IAS अधिकारी बनेंगे। इसलिए IIT से स्नातकता प्राप्त करने के बाद, अक्षय ने 2016 में UPSC की तैयारी शुरू की। पहले 4 प्रयास असफलता के रूप में आए क्योंकि उन्हें UPSC CSE को क्लियर करने में सक्षम नहीं हो सके। चार प्रयासों के बाद महामारी ने दुनिया को प्रभावित किया और देश ने लॉकडाउन का सामना किया, इस समय अक्षय भी अपने घर में फंस गए थे क्योंकि सभी उनके पढ़ाई के सामग्री दिल्ली में थीं जहां वे UPSC की तैयारी करते थे। लेकिन उन्होंने हौसला जुटाया और फिर से अपनी तैयारी शुरू की, इस बार उन्होंने एक पूरी रणनीति बनाई कि UPSC को कैसे क्लियर करें। उनके UPSC CSE के अंतिम प्रयास में, अक्षय ने परीक्षा को क्लियर किया और USPC CSE 2023 परिणामों में AIR-75 प्राप्त की। उनके पिता खुश थे और इस बार उन्होंने उन सभी लोगों को जवाब दिया जिन्होंने उनकी क्षमताओं पर संदेह किया था।

Honestly, I its more saddening than motivating. Youth which passed out in 2014 in STEM waited for 10 years to crack an exam.
That effectively snatched the nation 10 years of a STEM scientist. And since his name came in the list, there seems light at the end of the tunnel but there are more unheard stories of eqully talented students who were left in ruins even after 6 attempts.
I sincerely believe that just because you clear the exam in the end does not make everything one has to go through worth it.
Ps. Personal opinion.
Finally a logical person
that's right. In the end even if you succeed there's a cost. It's always a hypothetical situation - agar aisa na karta to aise karke kya hota. No one knows. And there are some who cracked upsc in their 1/2nd attempt before even reaching 25 years of age!. Life is a gamble 99% hardwork/smartwork but at the end that 1% luck is what makes every single shit unpredictable.

We have to understand everyone cant make it at the end and u should accept the probability game.. Only thousand students will make it. .. Its great to be optimistic but after giving 1-2 serious literally serious attempt then start considering other options too along with upsc.. Keep doing if u can manage both.. And if if u r financially too good then u have lil more freedom to take more time and no pressure from family nd they r supportive.. But i know for avg indian family things r soo difficult on many level in many aspects.. Ghr ki responsibility, parents ko logo se puche jaane vale sawal aur uska unpr social pressure,, apka beta vakt barbad kr rha ye vo.. Falane ka beta beti yha lga vha lga, unke sath ghr ki comparison,, aur toxic family rhe to fir ur life is evn more of hell and struggles r 3-4 time more😮
