20 मिनट के विडियो में खाली हिंडेनबर्ग के आरोप बताया, एक बार भी यह नहीं बताया कि इन सब आरोपों की जांच के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 6 सदस्यों की एक्सपर्ट कमिटी बनाई थी, जो कि SEBI से लिंक नहीं थी और उस कमिटी ने सारे आरोपों को झूठ का पुलिंदा बताया था।
फिर ये अदानी ग्रुप US में क्यों नही इस हिडेनबर्ग को कोर्ट में खीच कर compensation claim किया? SEBI का hidenburg से explanation का कोई मतलब है क्या ? आप बहुत ज्ञाता है तो बताइए लेकिन प्रश्न से हटकर इधर उधर की बात नही करना है ।
Commitee ne apne haath khade kar liye the, boli ki foreign wala matter unki investigation ke area se bahar hai. Main allegations wahi the jo unke bhai aur Mauritius se related the jo check nhi huye.
@@YogeshContractExpert मुझे US में कानूनी प्रक्रिया का कोई ज्ञान नहीं है। इतना जरूर जानता हूं कि हिंडेनबर्ग को US में बैन किया गया है। उसने short position भारत में नहीं बनाया था। इसलिए इसमें क्या कानूनी प्रक्रिया होगी इसकी जानकारी मुझे नहीं है। हो सकता है कारण बताओ नोटिस ही कानूनी प्रक्रिया का शुरुआत हो। उसके द्वारा लगाए गए सारे आरोपों की जांच के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सेबी से इतर एक 6 सदस्यों की एक्सपर्ट कमिटी बनाई थी जिसमें सारे एक्सपर्ट शामिल थे। उसने अपने रिपोर्ट में सर्वसम्मति से इन सारे आरोपों को बकवास करार दिया था।

@@gamesong6600 कमिटी का रिपोर्ट देखो। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जब प्रशांत भूषण से एक भी सबूत पेश करने को कहा तो बगलें झांकने लगा। जो आरोप लगाता है उसे सबूत भी देना पड़ता है। वरना कोई भी किसी के ऊपर कुछ भी आरोप लगा सकता है। अगर उसके पास सबूत है तो उसे रिपोर्ट जारी करने की जगह कोर्ट में सबूत पेश करना चाहिए।

IIFL is suspicious afterall recently Sanjiv Bhasin was also jabbed from it who gave multibagger targets is said to be involved in insider's trading. I think international credit rating agencies should monitor IIFL maybe more links would come out. It has boomed since 2014
