This was such an amazing interview! I am super interested to learn more about this 5 minute napping miracle, as a perpetually tired person. 👀 I really dig that concept of wanting to be "thoroughly used up" by the time we die. For me, I've always wanted my writing to inspire people to create their own stories. I think that's one of the best and most important things someone can do as a writer -- pass on the creativity to the next generation. Abu mentioned that Neil has such a genuine personality and an energy about him that just makes you feel better after talking to him, and I totally agree! As someone who's always been a sort of outcast and interested in nerdy things, it's great to see someone so successful, kind, and genuine who is so unashamedly themselves. It's definitely given me more confidence in being my quirky self and not really caring what strangers might think. So thank you, Neil, for being such a great role model for those of us who have lived on the fringes for so long!

I really appreciated this when I saw it on Abubakar Salim’s channel. The importance of having uncomfortable conversations with those who have different perspectives and experiences is so important to for me to remember, and that these conversations really can result in connection, change and growth, instead of conflict. This gave me a lot to think about.
I hope you will read this (sorry for my poor grammar) This is one of my favorite interviews so far. It just feels so intimate, dealing with so many topics, Like a stream of consciousness. I will always say that I will watch this whenever I feel too down to give me the strength to do my duties and studies. From the point of view of someone who wants to write and create for the animation industry, It just fills my heart with a new light to see an artistic path from your point of view, Bringing me courage to just go ahead, Whatever I’m going through, Because I want to spread messages to the people who will see my works. Also you were so cheerful and brought each topic with such a light and easy way that even if some of the themes you talk about are difficult, you make them feel simpler, and give a lot of hope. You are such a professional man doing an amazing job. Trust me , that the job you do at your MOCAP lessons bringing positivity but working seriously it’s also the same you bring and share through the web and interviews. I promise that whatever life will give me in the future, because choosing art as a job is difficult, I will try my best. I will be wrong a lot of times, There will be a LOT of criticism, and a LOT of competitors, But yes, You are your own cavalry, And I will try to be my own cavalry. Also…Yeah I will try to adopt the energy nap, I usually pull all nighters to study and do animations, so…LET’S GO WITH THE 5 minutes ENERGY NAPS

I have a friend who's in the film industry in Montreal and MAN they suffered because of the strikes in the US. They get most of their opportunities from US studios. :(((
