Thank you for always being honest about how you’re feeling, especially in a time when we are isolated and can feel so alone.
My husband is an EMT so he has been working more shifts, an extra 24 hours a week. Our life has changed in the fact that I am home from my job because we were nervous on brining the baby to work with me with the virus. So I have been home since March 23. I have been making a list like you have now on my fridge for every month of quarantine and keeping myself busy that way. I have done things like landscaping to cleaning out and organizing the attic. lol. Bored in the house and I’m in the house bored . Although, I am blessed to be home with our daughter and spend all this time with her, we have watched her thrive from having me everyday without the distractions of work. Again, thank you for sharing your life Blair.
Both my husband and I have been working full time for the entire quarantine and my Mom died a couple hours after the initial stay at home order here in Michigan. I feel like everything is a mess right now, especially the house. There has been so much to take care and I feel like everything is taking so much longer. I have been trying to keep up, but not doing a great job. Your blogs have been a source of light for me, thanks for sharing during this difficult time.

I’m a senior in high school. I’m missing my graduation, prom, and getting to say goodbye to my friends and teachers. I’m sad, lonely, and just miss people. I’m upset that this has been taken from me, but I know God has a plan and this is just part of mine.

My son is in the same boat, honey. Hopefully things will be more normal soon and perhaps their will be a way to fit some of those things in. My sons school had a graduation ceremony but it was quite different. Each student had a set time to be at the school and they checked in and were assigned a number, we were given the same number and we were called when it was his turn to walk across the stage to receive his diploma. Families were spaced 6 feet apart and walked through the performing arts building one at a time when their senior was called. Then we left so there wasn't any hanging around. The school did special things like placed signs in each seniors yard with their name and congratulations. Their recognitions were added to the local paper as an insert and also passed out at the graduation ceremony. My son was in band and the freshman-junior band members along with the band director and assistant director drove around our driveway playing songs and reading memories and congratulatory messages from students and teachers over a pa. Do some special things with or for your friends and celebrate in your own way. hopefully senior trips this summer will be allowed. Hang in there honey and congratulations for successfully completing this milestone in your life. As the other poster said, this time will be a blip in the grand scheme of your life.
I am an essential worker and my job is normally an indoor work environment, but since this has started we are now doing curbside pickup which means as a manager I have to be outside for 8 hours a day. Which I try to enjoy when the weather is good, but just working in the sun ALL day every day makes you so much more exhausted. I have found as the days have gone by that people have gotten more difficult to help because they are tried of quarantine and feel like it's your fault. I am ready for things to start to get back to normal but I know and understand why they haven't. Praying for a change soon.
At this point quarantine has been a blessing and a curse. I get to work from home which I absolutely love. I do cook more but it helps and is healthier. I worry about my moms mental health because she misses interaction completely with us. It makes my heart so sad and is weighing heavy on me. I pray daily that God will help her mentally. We had to move during this quarantine and I have not got everything completely put up and that’s bothering me, but I know I’m just grateful for working and I will get to it when I can. My children are all adults. 19,23, and 25. I had them super young so I’m still young lol! I worry about them but they are being cautious. 2 are in different states so I get to hear the differences of how things are going and it’s interesting. Your videos reminds me as a mom when mine was little and your husband reminds me of my son. Thank you for the vlogs to keep us from losing it during this quarantine.
I'm so happy that you are doing better, emotionally, with all of this. I was starting to go a little crazy too! I was working from home but decided to go back into the office a couple of weeks ago just to get back into a routine. I live in Indiana and we are starting to "open up". I actually drove to a cute little town about an hour from me to do a little shopping. I was so excited to be out and about, to touch things in a store and pick out what I wanted...not from Walmart or Lowe's. I really feel for people who are still stuck at home and pray that everyone can feel freedom soon.

here at home with my husband and 11 year old twin boys we are transitioning to a good spot. Im a part time singing teacher giving online lessons now, and my husband also works, so monday morning we do a family meeting where we organize each ones week schedule and the boys are learning to be responsible to check their school classes and also help a lot making their beds and helping cooking and washing dishes. I think is a learning process but Im a believer that good can come from tough situations, like making families more valuable for us!
I live in New Jersey, one of the hardest hit states. Many places are still shut down and our governor has wisely mandated that schools continue with online classes until the end of the school year in June. Our playgrounds are still closed, so my husband and I decided to purchase a swing set for our daughter. This way she can get some fresh air and exercise in addition to our regular outdoor play. I loved my Mother's day gift - a shirt from your Etsy shop! It's navy blue and reads "shine your light." I am 3 weeks post partum, in the fourth trimester! I am in Australia so we are luckily starting to ease restrictions and going for walks is good, my husband is amazing keeping he house in good shape. I am struggling with nursing and ready to stop if I don’t get progress so my mental health is finding it hard. Thanks for your videos.
I have the exact same feeling when it comes to the state of my house. I am home with a toddler alone and working from home too while my husband is at work. I am way more productive with a cleaning list on the fridge. I will often break my to do list up and try to tackle one or two things a day in order to feel I have some control of my house.
Quick tip about the toner and cream! You want to actually apply the cream while your face is still moist from the toner! It helps absorb the cream and/or serums if you ever add that to your routine!
Your sweatshirt is the best! I totally agree on the frustration aspect though. Lots of changes so sudden and not being able to control things can certainly be frustrating.
I have a 1st grader so we're doing online school. Unfortunately that's been much more cumbersome than I ever could have anticipated. In the weeks before school gave material I was doing our own curriculum and we loved it. EVERYTHING is on the computer now & I just don't think it's a great learning style for kids this young. I also have a 4 year old and 3 year old and a little girl who just had her first birthday. The housework is a major stress trigger. There's nothing more that I'd rather do but my husband is working more than ever. It's a really hard time. Happy Mother's Day to you Blair!
Oh man, I have a almost 6 and almost 3 year old in the house day and day out. We are officially out of school so I have scaled back on my schedule even though I believe all kids thrive on schedules, we had just went really hard and strict on ours for a solid 2 months. I had to back it off for my sanity. I am letting them run around in bathing suits, eat popsicles, finger foods, basically we are living as if it’s summer here! I am in NO area and my husband is a lineman for Entergy so he is considered essential. My house is a wreck and honestly I am trying not to stress it. I do what I can. I am barely making it though. I may have to hire someone to come deep clean it soon but we went from hardly being here to BAM! 24/7 at home all meals, etc. so it’s been great and stressful, also I am super grateful I am in a safe home that I love with the people I love.

Currently working as paramedic, and working about 50-60 hours a week. My husband is working from home and my 4 year-old son is home since there is no pre-school. Have loved watching your weekly blogs to get through. My house is a disaster. We are just barley keeping up. Once this all passes, we will be hiring a housekeeper to come in for a week and deep clean.

My husband and I have been working from home for (8?!) weeks with our 7 and 3 year olds. It’s not easy. I feel like I’m not giving anything 100%. Feeling guilty that I’m distracted with my work and also guilty that TH-cam and Disney+ are raising my children. 😰 And I snap at them because it’s too much to handle. But even so, I am finding moments to enjoy and have fun together. I’m actually not super excited to go to our “new normal”. Feeling anxiety about that and would rather just stay safe at home. My house is a mess. I try to clean as I go along but I really have to wait for the kids or at least Michael to go to sleep. I'm finding it's useless to really do anything major during the day - and it is seriously stressing me out. I'm trying to just let it go for now because the only one its bothering is me. The home schooling especially a special needs child is not easy. What is really bothering me is that we are starting to see changes in Michael's behavior without his schedule. It's breaking my heart because I've seen how well he was doing and we have just been trying to manage with the help of his therapist and teachers. Thankfully, we still have virtual therapy, but even that's difficult. One day at a time. Oh my goodness, when I see Nora smiling, or sitting on your bed, I miss that time so much. She really loved you reading to her. Adorable.
I hope you had a wonderful first Mother's Day!!! My house is a disaster and even with charts posted everywhere to clean the various zones, it doesn't get done. I am still teaching (virtually) so my days are already kind of busy, then I check on my won kids work and help my son who is a very reluctant learner, and I have masters homework to do so the house cleaning has fallen completely off my priority list. :( I would always tell my kids that we have to have our house "playdate ready" in case friends wanted to stop by with short notice or no notice at all. But now that we can't really entertain, it's like it doesn't matter. I was in a funk last week for sure.
My heart goes out to those who have lost there jobs. I feel very blessed that I can do my office job from home. I also don’t want to be complacent that this is the way life should be. The economy is going down and there are individuals and families that cannot pay there bills. These people cannot relax and enjoy there quarantine life. That is where a lot of the anger comes from and I get it. That is why there are protests on opening up the country. I know it can’t be all happen at once but not to slow. I heard two doctors on TH-cam say no matter when the country opens up there will be a spike in new cases and deaths but we just have to get through it and protect the most vulnerable. I think that means don’t close down again once we open up. I know God is in control and I will continue to pray for those that lost there jobs and the mental health of everyone. Thank you Blair (& Riley) for putting your thoughts and life on TH-cam. Nora is such a sweetie and cutie. I’m single (64 years old, today) and don’t have any children but take care of other people’s kids and teach Sunday School when it opens up again.
I can relate with the messy house. My house is A MESS. I love the list idea! My husband runs an essential business so he’s actually been working more than normal. I’m homeschooling a fourth and second grader and trying to entertain a four year old solo. I’m done! 😴
I live in Indiana and I was laid off the last week of March. I got an email from my manager 2 days ago about when I can return..... August 3. I was so hopeful that it would be June something... and I feel like I just climbed a mountain, got to the other side and realize what I just finished was a hill and now I have Everest to climb. Thankfully I have unemployment and my husband is still working, but its mentally and emotionally hard.... and I don't feel safe enough to go out... and I don't know when I will. My 5 year old son is staying home with me everyday, which is a blessing and fun and hard and exhausting and 400 things at once.
I feel like all I do is clean, but my house doesn't get any cleaner. My kids are adult sized now and so we have four adults in this house all the time. So there are more dishes, messy bathrooms, meals...so. many. meals. !!!! One thing I did was clean the master bedroom top to tail. I even washed walls. I vacuum and dust it daily. it's the only room in the house that stays truly clean. and now I spend most of my time in here!! (there's a tv) The kitchen stays reasonably clean. I have done some deep cleaning and that has been good. I detail cleaned my oven and range. It's a large professional style range, and let me tell you, It's a job. From what I can see in the background, Blair, your house looks great. You have a baby in the house. Everything is 10 minutes at a time when there's a baby around! You are doing awesome! Nora is growing and thriving. Your business is overcoming during a global pandemic! You are following a new skincare regimen. that alone is hall of fame for me! Happy Belated Mother's Day! Try to use a scouting stick on the fire place where you have the discoloration from fires. I have seen in previous vlogs where that has been a never ending battle. I own a cleaning company and that product has saved me so many times! I don’t know the texture of your fireplace so test in an inconspicuous area first. They are $1.98 and in the laundry section of Walmart market! Let me know if that works! Love the videos 😍

I am definitely a homebody and a super deep introvert. The things that have been difficult for me during this time have been working from home and not being able to see my parents. I miss going to work every day. I love my job and the people I work with and it’s hard not seeing them every day. I also miss my parents. They are getting older and my mom is a cancer patient. Not being able to visit them is really hard. I too am loving your Rose Apothecary sweater. Love that show! 🇨🇦 Love the idea of a cleaning list. That makes my 1 wing very happy 😊 Goodnight moon was my girls fave! I read that book so many times I had it memorized! 😂 Looks like a great day.
FYI, there is one big box store that continually advertises my favorite dishwashing detergent as "in stock". After I have ordered it twice, the rest of the order ($50 worth) is fufilled and this is stuck as pending. Ok, you got me twice. Lesson learned. I should have bought it at Home Depot when I saw it in stock a week ago, but withheld since it was "on order". Lesson learned!!

I work overnights and my husband gets home around 630pm so I always make dinner for us to eat together before I go to work and last week I called him when he got off in tears because I was so tired of cooking so he made dinner that night but I'm just tired of doing the SAME THINGS every day BUT after that I actually feel much better
HAPPY BLESSED MOMMA's Day to u Blair and all the mommy's out there!! glad u are doing well :) I am having the Bestest mommy's day ever and J just enjoyed a good cinco de mayo birthday! Greatly in part because of the very recent massive possible CV stress we just survived... It was my mother's bday last month and we had decided and told my whole family we were gonna do it very low key the following sunday(FaceTime mom's bday "party" from our house) BUT... my siblings still decided to "kinda".... visit.... her at her house on her actual bday and bring her stuff and take out. Don't think we'll ever know the exact extent of the visits but unfortunately... in the next couple days my 73 year old mom had a fever and flu-like symptoms and then shortly after that so did our little prince. We were soooooo very very stressed to say the least. But one very difficult night I made peace with God... that even if we lost my mom or our prince... or even our own lives.... that i trusted Him enough that everything would still be ok and that we would eventually reunite in heaven with Him and all our loved ones. But... we still acted quickly, made phone appts with dr's and picked up tamiflu for them. in the following days they soon started to show signs of improvement. :) Praise be to God! He is soooo merciful and good to us and always has been... in good times and "bad". So now i am soooooo very thankful these days even in the midst of a quarantine and I know i can manage even if if goes on for quite a while. We are sooooooo grateful to have each other and that's more than enough. :) By the way... our lil princie has and LOVES those 2 bks u read ur lil Nora. N still LOVES all his baby/toddler books and Vtech, fisher price, baby toys... LOL we are getting him to like RC toys now tho and he LOVES to play the piano too... (he wouldn't be part Asian/filipino if he didn't... LOL) God bless u guys! :) :) :)
We live in Kentucky! I’ve been working from home full time since April 1 and won’t go back until at least July 1. My husband works in an automotive factory and has been laid off since March 17. He will go back to work on May 18. We’ve been working on how to communicate, share housework, and not kill each other 😂 the house is not too bad! We also started trying to have a baby in February, and then everything hit the fan. That’s a little nerve wracking, but we’re trusting in God that His timing is perfect.

This was such a cute vlog. I loved it! I've been missing your weekly vlogs, so this made up for it haha :) We have been ok. I've been in a lot of pain lately because of a huge fibromyalgia flare up, but besides that, I'm doing ok. It could always be better of course, but yeah, ok for now. OMG my house is a mess too! And because of the pain I'm in, I just can't vacuum or do all that stuff. so annoying. BUT I got my Nespresso machine!!!! :-) and I am loving it so far!

I really like the Dermalogica age-defy sunscreen (it works really well under makeup). Yes, it’s expensive, but I wish someone would have told me to invest in skincare when I was in my early to mid 20s. Instead I thought I didn’t need sunscreen everyday and when I turned 31, I was like “wow, I look a lot older” 😂. Also, I love your rose apothecary sweatshirt! I just got into Schitt’s Creek (I’m on season 3 and loving it).
The brand Paula’s choice has amazing sunscreen, and they wear well under makeup which was my biggest problem with the dermalogica sunscreen. Also, if I could recommend, the daily micro-exfoliant (in my opinion) is best used at night. Even with a gentle exfoliant like that, it can make your skin just a tad red. Also, it helps to do it at night because it can exfoliate the skin after a long day and can get rid of excess sweat, dirt, oil, etc from the skin that got trapped in from the day and your cleanser could have skipped. Just a friendly suggestion😊💛
I am also at the acceptance stage. But I'm supposed to be graduating from university this year, so that is no longer going ahead, i'll get my certificate through the post and i have to submit my dissertation/ thesis online! Doesn't feel right :(

my friend is unable to connect his work phone at his home so he's been working from our home instead, and since his job is to answer the phone, I can't do anything noisy while he's here, so no vacuuming, and no music or podcasts to keep me company. so i just haven't been cleaning. which is really frustrating because i rarely want to clean but lately i've been just itching to clean and my house is so dirty but i can't clean it i've also been frustrated because my normal job is as a substitute teacher, but with everything online now, my job no longer exists 🙃 so i've had to get creative figuring out how to get some income again

I am a teacher and teaching struggling readers virtually every weekday. Love the technology abilities we have, but it can be overwhelming and exhausting. Doing this grounds me and lifts me up daily. I have 2 college age daughters needing lots of emotional supports with all they're going through. Married to a cop so that has its own set if concerns. Have a close brother who is getting cancer treatments, basically to buy time to spend with family and friend, and now cant spend that time with them. I do not know how I am to be honest. feel like I cant let myself think too much about it. I am getting through by being there for others and have good days and bad, like you. Oh, love the books you read. Runaway bunny is another great book you would love to read to Nora! And my house is clean one second and a disaster the next!
People get possessive over their pets. My ex-husband’s first wife wanted visitation of their dog. At that point the judge got angry and granted the divorce-no dog visitation! I’m going to be furloughed starting May 16. Might not be called back until August. I have worried so much and so long that now I’ve just accepted it. I have savings, I’m applying for unemployment; beyond that, it’s in God’s hands. (PS: My house is a mess!) Thanks for asking.
NO. It didn't! In fact, we ordered a carseat for Riley's truck and it was "delivered" a week ago, but we still don't have it. Upon further investigation, it was delivered to another house in our neighborhood. (This still happens all. the. time!!!)

We had to move during this quarantine and I have not got everything completely put up and that’s bothering me, but I know I’m just grateful for working and I will get to it when I can. My children are all adults. 19,23, and 25. I had them super young so I’m still young lol! I worry about them but they are being cautious. 2 are in different states so I get to hear the differences of how things are going and it’s interesting. Your videos reminds me as a mom when mine was little and your husband reminds me of my son. Thank you for the vlogs to keep us from losing it during this quarantine.

I'm so happy that you are doing better, emotionally, with all of this. I was starting to go a little crazy too! I was working from home but decided to go back into the office a couple of weeks ago just to get back into a routine. I live in Indiana and we are starting to "open up". I actually drove to a cute little town about an hour from me to do a little shopping. I was so excited to be out and about, to touch things in a store and pick out what I wanted...not from Walmart or Lowe's. I really feel for people who are still stuck at home and pray that everyone can feel freedom soon.

here at home with my husband and 11 year old twin boys we are transitioning to a good spot. Im a part time singing teacher giving online lessons now, and my husband also works, so monday morning we do a family meeting where we organize each ones week schedule and the boys are learning to be responsible to check their school classes and also help a lot making their beds and helping cooking and washing dishes. I think is a learning process but Im a believer that good can come from tough situations, like making families more valuable for us!
I live in New Jersey, one of the hardest hit states. Many places are still shut down and our governor has wisely mandated that schools continue with online classes until the end of the school year in June. Our playgrounds are still closed, so my husband and I decided to purchase a swing set for our daughter. This way she can get some fresh air and exercise in addition to our regular outdoor play. I am 3 weeks post partum, in the fourth trimester! I am in Australia so we are luckily starting to ease restrictions and going for walks is good, my husband is amazing keeping he house in good shape. I am struggling with nursing and ready to stop if I don’t get progress so my mental health is finding it hard. Thanks for your videos.
I have the exact same feeling when it comes to the state of my house. I am home with a toddler alone and working from home too while my husband is at work. I am way more productive with a cleaning list on the fridge. I will often break my to do list up and try to tackle one or two things a day in order to feel I have some control of my house.
Quick tip about the toner and cream! You want to actually apply the cream while your face is still moist from the toner! It helps absorb the cream and/or serums if you ever add that to your routine!

I have a 1st grader so we're doing online school. Unfortunately that's been much more cumbersome than I ever could have anticipated. In the weeks before school gave material I was doing our own curriculum and we loved it. EVERYTHING is on the computer now & I just don't think it's a great learning style for kids this young. I also have a 4 year old and 3 year old and a little girl who just had her first birthday. The housework is a major stress trigger. There's nothing more that I'd rather do but my husband is working more than ever. It's a really hard time. Happy Mother's Day to you Blair!
Oh man, I have a almost 6 and almost 3 year old in the house day and day out. We are officially out of school so I have scaled back on my schedule even though I believe all kids thrive on schedules, we had just went really hard and strict on ours for a solid 2 months. I had to back it off for my sanity. I am letting them run around in bathing suits, eat popsicles, finger foods, basically we are living as if it’s summer here! I am in NO area and my husband is a lineman for Entergy so he is considered essential. My house is a wreck and honestly I am trying not to stress it. I do what I can. I am barely making it though. I may have to hire someone to come deep clean it soon but we went from hardly being here to BAM! 24/7 at home all meals, etc. so it’s been great and stressful, also I am super grateful I am in a safe home that I love with the people I love.

Currently working as paramedic, and working about 50-60 hours a week. My husband is working from home and my 4 year-old son is home since there is no pre-school. Have loved watching your weekly blogs to get through. My house is a disaster. We are just barley keeping up. Once this all passes, we will be hiring a housekeeper to come in for a week and deep clean.

Since my daughter was born on April 5th 14 years ago on Mother's Day I have celebrated Daughters Day because without my daughter I wouldn't have been able to celebrate Mother's Day and if I was married and had a son on Father's Day we would celebrate Sons Day.

My husband and I have been working from home for (8?!) weeks with our 7 and 3 year olds. It’s not easy. I feel like I’m not giving anything 100%. Feeling guilty that I’m distracted with my work and also guilty that TH-cam and Disney+ are raising my children. 😰 And I snap at them because it’s too much to handle. But even so, I am finding moments to enjoy and have fun together. I’m actually not super excited to go to our “new normal”. Feeling anxiety about that and would rather just stay safe at home. My house is a mess. I try to clean as I go along but I really have to wait for the kids or at least Michael to go to sleep. I'm finding it's useless to really do anything major during the day - and it is seriously stressing me out. I'm trying to just let it go for now because the only one its bothering is me. The home schooling especially a special needs child is not easy. What is really bothering me is that we are starting to see changes in Michael's behavior without his schedule. It's breaking my heart because I've seen how well he was doing and we have just been trying to manage with the help of his therapist and teachers. Thankfully, we still have virtual therapy, but even that's difficult. One day at a time. Oh my goodness, when I see Nora smiling, or sitting on your bed, I miss that time so much. She really loved you reading to her. Adorable.

I hope you had a wonderful first Mother's Day!!! My house is a disaster and even with charts posted everywhere to clean the various zones, it doesn't get done. I am still teaching (virtually) so my days are already kind of busy, then I check on my won kids work and help my son who is a very reluctant learner, and I have masters homework to do so the house cleaning has fallen completely off my priority list. :(
I would always tell my kids that we have to have our house "playdate ready" in case friends wanted to stop by with short notice or no notice at all. But now that we can't really entertain, it's like it doesn't matter. I was in a funk last week for sure.
My heart goes out to those who have lost there jobs. I feel very blessed that I can do my office job from home. I also don’t want to be complacent that this is the way life should be. The economy is going down and there are individuals and families that cannot pay there bills. These people cannot relax and enjoy there quarantine life. That is where a lot of the anger comes from and I get it. That is why there are protests on opening up the country. I know it can’t be all happen at once but not to slow. I heard two doctors on TH-cam say no matter when the country opens up there will be a spike in new cases and deaths but we just have to get through it and protect the most vulnerable. I think that means don’t close down again once we open up. I know God is in control and I will continue to pray for those that lost there jobs and the mental health of everyone. Thank you Blair (& Riley) for putting your thoughts and life on TH-cam. Nora is such a sweetie and cutie. I’m single (64 years old, today) and don’t have any children but take care of other people’s kids and teach Sunday School when it opens up again.
I can relate with the messy house. My house is A MESS. I love the list idea! My husband runs an essential business so he’s actually been working more than normal. I’m homeschooling a fourth and second grader and trying to entertain a four year old solo. I’m done! 😴
I live in Indiana and I was laid off the last week of March. I got an email from my manager 2 days ago about when I can return..... August 3. I was so hopeful that it would be June something... and I feel like I just climbed a mountain, got to the other side and realize what I just finished was a hill and now I have Everest to climb. Thankfully I have unemployment and my husband is still working, but its mentally and emotionally hard.... and I don't feel safe enough to go out... and I don't know when I will. My 5 year old son is staying home with me everyday, which is a blessing and fun and hard and exhausting and 400 things at once.

I feel like all I do is clean, but my house doesn't get any cleaner. My kids are adult sized now and so we have four adults in this house all the time. So there are more dishes, messy bathrooms, meals...so. many. meals. !!!! One thing I did was clean the master bedroom top to tail. I even washed walls. I vacuum and dust it daily. it's the only room in the house that stays truly clean. and now I spend most of my time in here!! (there's a tv) The kitchen stays reasonably clean. I have done some deep cleaning and that has been good. I detail cleaned my oven and range. It's a large professional style range, and let me tell you, It's a job. From what I can see in the background, Blair, your house looks great. You have a baby in the house. Everything is 10 minutes at a time when there's a baby around! You are doing awesome! Nora is growing and thriving. Your business is overcoming during a global pandemic! You are following a new skincare regimen. that alone is hall of fame for me! Happy Belated Mother's Day! Try to use a scouting stick on the fire place where you have the discoloration from fires. I have seen in previous vlogs where that has been a never ending battle. I own a cleaning company and that product has saved me so many times! I don’t know the texture of your fireplace so test in an inconspicuous area first. They are $1.98 and in the laundry section of Walmart market! Let me know if that works! Love the videos 😍

I am definitely a homebody and a super deep introvert. The things that have been difficult for me during this time have been working from home and not being able to see my parents. I miss going to work every day. I love my job and the people I work with and it’s hard not seeing them every day. I also miss my parents. They are getting older and my mom is a cancer patient. Not being able to visit them is really hard.

the rest of the order ($50 worth) is fufilled and this is stuck as pending. Ok, you got me twice. Lesson learned. I should have bought
it at Home Depot when I saw it in stock a week ago, but withheld since it was "on order". Lesson learned!!

I'm an essential health care worker and I'm just tired! I work overnights and my husband gets home around 630pm so I always make dinner for us to eat together before I go to work and last week I called him when he got off in tears because I was so tired of cooking so he made dinner that night but I'm just tired of doing the SAME THINGS every day BUT after that I actually feel much better

HAPPY BLESSED MOMMA's Day to u Blair and all the mommy's out there!! glad u are doing well :) I am having the Bestest mommy's day ever and J just enjoyed a good cinco de mayo birthday! Greatly in part because of the very recent massive possible CV stress we just survived... It was my mother's bday last month and we had decided and told my whole family we were gonna do it very low key the following sunday(FaceTime mom's bday "party" from our house) BUT... my siblings still decided to "kinda".... visit.... her at her house on her actual bday and bring her stuff and take out. Don't think we'll ever know the exact extent of the visits but unfortunately... in the next couple days my 73 year old mom had a fever and flu-like symptoms and then shortly after that so did our little prince. We were soooooo very very stressed to say the least. But one very difficult night I made peace with God... that even if we lost my mom or our prince... or even our own lives.... that i trusted Him enough that everything would still be ok and that we would eventually reunite in heaven with Him and all our loved ones. But... we still acted quickly, made phone appts with dr's and picked up tamiflu for them. in the following days they soon started to show signs of improvement. :) Praise be to God! He is soooo merciful and good to us and always has been... in good times and "bad". So now i am soooooo very thankful these days even in the midst of a quarantine and I know i can manage even if if goes on for quite a while. We are sooooooo grateful to have each other and that's more than enough. :) By the way... our lil princie has and LOVES those 2 bks u read ur lil Nora. N still LOVES all his baby/toddler books and Vtech, fisher price, baby toys... LOL we are getting him to like RC toys now tho and he LOVES to play the piano too... (he wouldn't be part Asian/filipino if he didn't... LOL) God bless u guys! :) :) :)

We live in Kentucky! I’ve been working from home full time since April 1 and won’t go back until at least July 1. My husband works in an automotive factory and has been laid off since March 17. He will go back to work on May 18. We’ve been working on how to communicate, share housework, and not kill each other 😂 the house is not too bad!
We also started trying to have a baby in February, and then everything hit the fan. That’s a little nerve wracking, but we’re trusting in God that His timing is perfect.

We have been ok. I've been in a lot of pain lately because of a huge fibromyalgia flare up, but besides that, I'm doing ok. It could always be better of course, but yeah, ok for now. OMG my house is a mess too! And because of the pain I'm in, I just can't vacuum or do all that stuff. so annoying. BUT I got my Nespresso machine!!!! :-) and I am loving it so far!

... for me...its been hard. My fiance has been stuck in Iraq working at the Embassy, they cant come home. So what was supposed to be 3 months away is turning into 7 :"(. So being alone every day in the house (I'm fortunate enough to work from home) has been really just unbearably lonely at times. My cat is not appreciating my clinginess.

I really like the Dermalogica age-defy sunscreen (it works really well under makeup). Yes, it’s expensive, but I wish someone would have told me to invest in skincare when I was in my early to mid 20s. Instead I thought I didn’t need sunscreen everyday and when I turned 31, I was like “wow, I look a lot older” 😂. Also, I love your rose apothecary sweatshirt! I just got into Schitt’s Creek (I’m on season 3 and loving it).
The brand Paula’s choice has amazing sunscreen, and they wear well under makeup which was my biggest problem with the dermalogica sunscreen. Also, if I could recommend, the daily micro-exfoliant (in my opinion) is best used at night. Even with a gentle exfoliant like that, it can make your skin just a tad red. Also, it helps to do it at night because it can exfoliate the skin after a long day and can get rid of excess sweat, dirt, oil, etc from the skin that got trapped in from the day and your cleanser could have skipped. Just a friendly suggestion😊💛

my friend is unable to connect his work phone at his home so he's been working from our home instead, and since his job is to answer the phone, I can't do anything noisy while he's here, so no vacuuming, and no music or podcasts to keep me company. so i just haven't been cleaning. which is really frustrating because i rarely want to clean but lately i've been just itching to clean and my house is so dirty but i can't clean it
i've also been frustrated because my normal job is as a substitute teacher, but with everything online now, my job no longer exists 🙃 so i've had to get creative figuring out how to get some income again

I'm a nurse so I am still going to work just the same as I always do.
I am a teacher and teaching struggling readers virtually every weekday. Love the technology abilities we have, but it can be overwhelming and exhausting. Doing this grounds me and lifts me up daily. I have 2 college age daughters needing lots of emotional supports with all they're going through. Married to a cop so that has its own set if concerns. Have a close brother who is getting cancer treatments, basically to buy time to spend with family and friend, and now cant spend that time with them. I do not know how I am to be honest. feel like I cant let myself think too much about it. I am getting through by being there for others and have good days and bad, like you. Oh, love the books you read. Runaway bunny is another great book you would love to read to Nora! And my house is clean one second and a disaster the next!

People get possessive over their pets. My ex-husband’s first wife wanted visitation of their dog. At that point the judge got angry and granted the divorce-no dog visitation!
I’m going to be furloughed starting May 16. Might not be called back until August. I have worried so much and so long that now I’ve just accepted it. I have savings, I’m applying for unemployment; beyond that, it’s in God’s hands. (PS: My house is a mess!) Thanks for asking.

NO. It didn't! In fact, we ordered a carseat for Riley's truck and it was "delivered" a week ago, but we still don't have it. Upon further investigation, it was delivered to another house in our neighborhood. (This still happens all. the. time!!!)
