- Le 21 février 2017, un aller-retour Guin (Düdingen) - Laupen ; la seule ligne dans le canton de Fribourg sur laquelle circulent des remorques sur pneus, de fabrication Hess, après l'époque lointaine des cars alpins GFM avec remorques Moser. Les remorques ne sont accrochées aux bus que vers 8h, 12h, 13h22 et 15h50, ceci est dû à une forte affluence d'écoliers voyageant de Bösingen vers Guin et retour. Une flexibilité bienvenue. I saw this in Innsbruck too. An extremely simple and, very important, an energy-friendly solution. Outside peak hours you don't need to schlepp an unused part with you all the time. Rush hour? Just attach it. Brilliant. And thanks for the plain and simple video, just showing us how it works. No music, nog comment, just images. Great.

In Hungary they stopped using this type of buses decades ago due to safety issues

We had bus trailers like these in Cleveland, Ohio during WWII. Built with steel frames and plywood bodies.

Interessanter Verkehr. Busse mit Aufzug waren in den 1960er und 1970er Jahren in der Tschechoslowakei weit verbreitet. Ich erinnere mich auch an ähnlich gestaltete Obusse in einigen großen Schweizer Städten.

In Italy it's forbidden to transport people in a trailer since early 60s, so we use articulated buses
This prohibition applies to trailers that are not intended for the transport of people, such as caravan-trailers. That's forbidden in Switzerland too, but this is a different case.
And this Bus +Trailer has a bigger capacity than an articulated Bus.
But it have been a very long time I haven’t seen a Bustrailer , around 30 years...

Евген Ринадыч да, 180 это включая пассажиров и стоя и сидя. Но в такой композиции значительно больше мест. В Икарус 280 полтора раза больше мест, чем в моделе 260. А это можно представить, как 2 раза модель 260. И другое дело, что сам Икарус венгерского происхождения, в СССР артикулированных автобусов не производили

Bus Trailers are also common here in Munich too. Very special to See those buses driving suburban routes in this video. In munich this type of buses are just on high frequent routes.

Doppelt cool - einerseits eine Post, die den ÖPNV noch immer betreibt und andererseits ein Bus mit Beiwagen, was heute eher unüblich ist, man nutzt lieber Gelenkbusse.
Busse mit Anhängern hat die DB in den 50ern auch noch benutzt. Allerdings waren die Busse untermotorisiert, die Fahrt dauerte entsprechend länger. Kurios aus heutiger Sicht: In den Bussen durfte nicht geraucht werden, in den Anhängern schon! 😊😊

сочлененные автобусы, они же "гармошки", еще как прижились. А вот то что вы говорите, автопоезд, где эксплуатировался тягач (автобус) + прицеп, такое да, не прижилось. Однако это не значит, что СССР был новатором в этих разработках.

They look pretty new, also places like München (Germany) are buying new busses like this, if I'm correct.
So they used this method over the articulated busses
The thing is with these trailers, is that they can be de-coupled when rush-hour is over. Articulated/bendy busses cannot do the same.

J’aimerais voir le bus articuler monter une route de col avec des virages en épingle à cheveux et un si grand rayon nécessaire pour tourner...si tu regarde bien, c’est un bus postal,ils vont partout, dans tout les communes de plus de 100 habitants...même en montagne...

trailer is just for peak hours.
Students who need to get to school in the morning and communter who need to get to work.
In public transportation you have peak hours, in the morning and in the even but inbetween you have very few passenger.
So instead of driving mostly air with a bendy bus you just connect a trailer in the morning and evening and save fuel during the rest of the day.
I think it's quite smart and the time you need to connect the trailer isn't that long tbh.

Bus mit Anhänger = in Deutsch-Dumm-Land leider unvorstellbar. Wobei ich selber in den ex-DDR vor 45 Jahren einen IFA H 6 B / L mit einem Personentransportanhänger W 701 (RBM) gefahren habe. (bitte ggf. mal googlen) Das waren noch Zeiten!
Dann müssen Sie Ihren Horizont um die Städte München und Emden erweitern. Dort finden Sie Omnibusse mit Anhängern.

In Deutschland ist eine Beförderungvon Personen in einem Busanhänger seit 1962 und auch weiterhin durch die Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung im öffentlichen Busverkehr prinzipiell verboten. Allerdings können die Behörden dieses auf Antrag als Ausnahmeregelung dem jeweiligen Verkehrsbetrieb auch gestatten. Auf Wikipedia findet man eine Liste der Betriebe.
