Got the same set up in two days ago and mounting the bracket I noticed my seat anchor bolts are in the same location where the bracket is supposed to be mount with the spacers. What did you do in this case?
I'm trying to save up for a whole year in hopes to be able to afford one and then I saw you trailering 3 and I was like, well, guess you get the idea :P I'm happy for you you get to enjoy this rocket ship! :) Would you say it's a day and night difference stability wise from the 1000 non-S version?
haha yes sir! i always wanted one since they came out. and since i got one my wife also had to have one after riding it. and yes 100X lol this this is a monster compared to a standard 1000 sportsman. suspension is very very capable and smooth. soaks up jumps like nothing. power is proper too! im excited for you to get one some day friend! good luck and enjoy!
Hello, I have the same 4wheeler but the 2021 version. I have to say I absolutely love that thing! I have a couple of questions if you dont mind. How much louder is the exhaust than stock and does it get annoying after a while and also with the tuner do you have more power and is the exhaust temp lower and has it increased your fuel consumption? I may be interested in setting mine up like yours. Thanks in advance.
Yes sir it is very loud. I straight pipe all my vehicles and this makes your ears drone a decent amount with a helmet on going through the trails. all depends on your willingness for it to sound good haha. the tuner is said to give 7-9 hp and it feels alot more responsive. Fuel consumption will be more due to the more fuel added in the tune. exhaust temps seem to be great!
@@pipeliner731 i wouldnt say its enough to change the mpg of your personal driving habits. but once i had more noise i was alot more in the throttle due to the fact that i loved the sound haha. i wouldnt say it effects your mpg enough to worry about not getting it!
Your not going to need to mount the tuner. Its plug and play. Once you flash the ecu then there's no need to keep the tuner on the bike. I have the dyno jet pv3 tuner myself and its not needed to stay on the bike.

Sure is! And honestly I didn’t have any problems with install. Maybe you got a defective part?

Are you having any concerns or problems (melting plastic) with header pipe putting off too much heat since there's no longer a heat shield?
No sir. None of the heat shielding was removed and an extra heat shielding piece was supplied in the kit for your belt cover 👍
