One thing I love seeing in Index is the Misaka clones becoming more independent in small ways. Worst is probably the best example of being the most independent since she was a special order after all. Honestly both Misaka's Japanese and English voices deserve so much credit for having to voice so many variations of the same character. I always liked the gruffer voice Brittney Karbowski gave to Worst in the Dub.
I like when a few clones are together for a checkup at Frog Doctor, he mentions one seems to look a bit more fit, and the others give her a look like "Heretic!"

As someone that reads manga, I actually find it wild how you can recall sentences like this. For me, it's text, so there's much less impact. Like Dandadan for instance, it's my fave manga, but I could not repeat a single sentence from it even if a gun was pointed at my head. I can remember the art, but not any text.

I remember stuff said in anime ofc, but it's usually either stupid or short, I generally forget the entire plot after a year, even if I like it. Bro Misaka Worst is easily one of my favorite Misaka sisters even better than Mikoto herself without question. I like Last order and Will who sadly doesn’t get time to shine after Othinus arc however besides them I love Misaka Worst. 1:05 🤔😮. I didn’t realize Misaka Worst was a level 4 clone. Because they stated they could never produce a Misaka clone that was higher then level 3. During Season 2 of the Railgun series. O and if she can get to level 4 is it possible for Misaka Worst to reach say level 5. The original project was to make an army of level 5 clones and they got the DNA map from Misaka. So if they made one Misaka clone that could reach level 4 couldn’t they make more Misaka Worst clones and level them up to a level 4 or even level 5 😶. If they made a powerful clone of Misaka that could reach levels higher then 3 that probably means they can make more Misaka Worst clones at level 4 or higher theoretically 🤔🤷♂️…. any thoughts maybe someone can tell me more about this.

@@Thex-W.I.T.C.H.-xMaster Basically they can,but do to Alester having no interest in creation of another railgun they won't.In OT 3 when Misaka 10032 was explaining the sister's project.They told Touma that a 100+ Railgun's would be needed for Accel to reach lvl 6.But as it was impossible to create 100+ Railgun's so they scraped the idea and replaced it with the 20000 sister's.On paper at least.Cause the sister's were only needed to create the network.Misaka worst can reach lvl 5 in theory.If she goes through similar experimentation as the original.But the higher ups ain't interested in creating another railgun as the previous already fulfilled her purpose. In short they can create 1 lvl 5 electromaster not a 100 of um. No hate.
@Resith Watch the Index Franchise Anime but maybe not the first Railgun anime season. In my opinion it’s better after about 6 or 8 episodes, but still. If you want Season 2 is the best season of Railgun. Index Season 1 basically tells the same story as Railgun Season 2, but not as good. If you want better information you should read the LN’s/Manga that the anime is based on and it’s farther along in the story line. And some of the parts in the anime like the mid chapter of Season 1 of Railgun and the final parts of Season 2 of Railgun aren’t in the LN’s/Mangas. Anyways Misaka was a level 1 who worked up to the third ranked level 5 in Academy City as far as I’m aware in the anime. Edit: TO BE CLEAR What I meant by Season 1 of Index and Season 2 of Railgun is they tell the same story of the Misaka Clones the Index version is telling the story from Touma’s point of view and the Railgun version is from Misaka’s point of view. Season 1 of Index isn’t itself the same as Season 2 of Railgun 😅.

The last time we heard about her is during the NT 22R and she was like returning from a vacation with last order and yomikawa. Hopefully we get a interaction with her and the rest of the sister again and maybe see accelerator in prison since visitor are allowed.

Misaka Worst uses nails instead of coins because she learned certain things about Misaka through the network, and as a result, found out about Koroko. She got jealous she was having fun etc whilst she was an expendable assassin. Through the network, she took note of the weapon that she noticed Koroko using. She was aware they were best friends, so when choosing something to use as a railgun, she didn't want to outright copy Misaka and do the same thing, so, she chose to use nails, the same weapon as Koroko. But, she chose to use sharp ones designed to kill, as a way to mock the nature in which Koroko uses her nails, as well as to show contempt towards their friendship by essentially bastardising the otherwise peaceful weapon used by Misaki's best friend. This is not very well known at all, seeing as I completely made it up.

I guess it would depend on the subject matter/vid for how I talk, but tbh this video's retention stats arent that good for whatever reason (despite it doing well for views). Whether thats due to the sound editing or the actual vid editing or the way I spoke, idk. Generally how I currently talk tends to do better with viewers watching half of the vid or more (if it is a proper edited one, and not lazy).

She’s the administrator for the network. Before the network simply had no administrator. You can think of it like before was just a group chat, and afterwards it evolved into a server with an administrator.

Think accurately reflecting something in a whole other direction requires more complex calculations and she was firing those nails at a high speed.Accelerator was also experiencing PTSD so he couldn't even think straight

@@Thex-W.I.T.C.H.-xMaster oh you heading into big spoilers right there, ill let you know Aeon does have a couple of vids regarding her character so you can check out those but heres why shes popular (spoilers ofc): Shokuhou Misaki herself is an interesting character that was presented as a rival for Misaka in her normal school life and as another lv5 but theres a lot more... and heres when NT11 (11th volume of the second novel, not covered yet in the anime) comes in, turns out she met Touma a year before Index and Misaka and became really good friends and got her out of depression, to the point where she fell for Touma but then an incident with a terrorist group happened and Touma had to fight bare handed and defeated them all but at the cost of suffering fatal injuries, Touma was having issues with the doctors bc anethesia wasnt working on him so he was going to bleed out until Shokuhou put him to sleep with her power. He was saved but at the cost of him never being able to remember her no matter how many times they meet. Ofc she still loves him a lot and ever since NT novel she started to be a lot more active in the series along Misaka.

@@strpe9701 in the academy city invasion arc she uses her level 3 radio noise ability to open an electric lock to the Cafe place where touma fights vento for the first time. In the anime it's just there, but in the ln it said it took some time and a bit of concentration. That's pretty much the only point her ability is used in all of old testament. The only other thing that comes remotely close, is her using the misaka sisters military goggles. But there wasn't much written about that, and it's not her actual ability, If you know what I mean.

All MISAKA clones have the ability RADIO_NOISE(Imperfect lightning) the term electromaster is the term given to all esper that electrical base abilities so Misaka Mikoto's Railgun can also be called electromaster.
Hey Jin, it skips two arcs and isn't up to date with the anime yet, despite this it's a pretty solid adaptation with amazing art later on and better than the Index anime. You gotta read the novel though for the definitive experience and for the story beyond season 3. Hope this helps!

She almost made me drop the series three times. First just by seeing her large breast design (which would be fine, if she wasn't an older version of an existing character). I didn't know how bad I'd hate was until she opened her mouth. Or perhaps almost made me drop the series 4 times after reading a spat of 10 bad fanfictions 7 of which featured her, but that one really isn't the series' fault, so I'll count it as 3. This is not an arc I enjoyed. This is an embodiment of the difference between loving to hate and hating to hate. Fans who love to hate on a character know the character is a bad person and would not want to touch them with a 10 meter pole if they existed in the fictional universe. Plenty of series have good villains both major and minor and make them more enjoyable by existing. I bet most fans of this series have this attitude towards Misaka Worst, and I can speculate the most common reason, but they're free to enjoy her and have their own opinion. Fans who ignore all flaws of a character love a "bad guy" character the same way people love a hero since they'll find excuses for the villainy. And hating to hate means knowing the character is no hero but also not enjoying the screen time. I'm still debating if buying the disks was a mistake, for sure I enjoyed plenty of episodes, but by buying them instead of streaming on Crunchyroll or whatever I sent the message "this is what I like, make more please" and while I'm fine with other fans doing whatever they want and buying whatever pleases them, I have a problem with spending money giving that message.

Think accurately reflecting something in a whole other direction requires more complex calculations and she was firing those nails at a high speed.Accelerator was also experiencing PTSD so he couldn't even think straight

Compared to the Sister clones and OG Mikoto, she really got the physique of Misuzu Misaka. She may be the negative clone, but that's her charm.

Shes just as insane in the novels, difference being is that she somewhat learns how to live a normal life in a house and sort of behave (again sort of lol)

By the way you seem knowledgeable about the LN/Mangas let me ask you about another character Misaki Shokuhou, it seems to me her popularity took off after the third season of Railgun. I know I didn’t know that much about her before that except for the first episode of Season 2 when she’s shown messing with Misaka. So was she always a popular character or did she become popular because she got more attention after the Third Season of Railgun? Thanks.

Shokuhou Misaki herself is an interesting character that was presented as a rival for Misaka in her normal school life and as another lv5 but theres a lot more... and heres when NT11 (11th volume of the second novel, not covered yet in the anime) comes in, turns out she met Touma a year before Index and Misaka and became really good friends and got her out of depression, to the point where she fell for Touma but then an incident with a terrorist group happened and Touma had to fight bare handed and defeated them all but at the cost of suffering fatal injuries, Touma was having issues with the doctors bc anethesia wasnt working on him so he was going to bleed out until Shokuhou put him to sleep with her power. He was saved but at the cost of him never being able to remember her no matter how many times they meet. Ofc she still loves him a lot and ever since NT novel she started to be a lot more active in the series along Misaka.

@@strpe9701 in the academy city invasion arc she uses her level 3 radio noise ability to open an electric lock to the Cafe place where touma fights vento for the first time.
In the anime it's just there, but in the ln it said it took some time and a bit of concentration. That's pretty much the only point her ability is used in all of old testament. The only other thing that comes remotely close, is her using the misaka sisters military goggles. But there wasn't much written about that, and it's not her actual ability, If you know what I mean.

Wait is the information on the Toaru wiki page inaccurate? The Toaru wiki page states that Misaka Worst ability is Radio Nose not Electromaster.
All MISAKA clones have the ability RADIO_NOISE(Imperfect lightning) the term electromaster is the term given to all esper that electrical base abilities so Misaka
Mikoto's Railgun can also be called electromaster.
Radio Noise is just a type of electromaster

Hey Jin, it skips two arcs and isn't up to date with the anime yet, despite this it's a pretty solid adaptation with amazing art later on and better than the Index anime. You gotta read the novel though for the definitive experience and for the story beyond season 3. Hope this helps!

i have to rewatch, I liked this show & I might be crazy but kinda liked mikasa worst too LOL
She almost made me drop the series three times. First just by seeing her large breast design (which would be fine, if she wasn't an older version of an existing character). I didn't know how bad I'd hate was until she opened her mouth. Or perhaps almost made me drop the series 4 times after reading a spat of 10 bad fanfictions 7 of which featured her, but that one really isn't the series' fault, so I'll count it as 3. This is not an arc I enjoyed. This is an embodiment of the difference between loving to hate and hating to hate. Fans who love to hate on a character know the character is a bad person and would not want to touch them with a 10 meter pole if they existed in the fictional universe. Plenty of series have good villains both major and minor and make them more enjoyable by existing. I bet most fans of this series have this attitude towards Misaka Worst, and I can speculate the most common reason, but they're free to enjoy her and have their own opinion. Fans who ignore all flaws of a character love a "bad guy" character the same way people love a hero since they'll find excuses for the villainy. And hating to hate means knowing the character is no hero but also not enjoying the screen time. I'm still debating if buying the disks was a mistake, for sure I enjoyed plenty of episodes, but by buying them instead of streaming on Crunchyroll or whatever I sent the message "this is what I like, make more please" and while I'm fine with other fans doing whatever they want and buying whatever pleases them, I have a problem with spending money giving that message.
