Almost 9 years later, I've come back to explain this old glitch that shouldn't matter anymore because AVA's gone (in the West and SEA anyway): Basically, the glitch allowed you to use both the rapid fire mode (essentially P90) and the plasma burster mode at the same time (with "instant" reload upon pressing reload as a bonus, effectively granting you infinite ammo) while you were fighting Betelgeuse. It also had a funny side-effect of allowing you to kill your teammates with rapid fire bullets (you'll see le HuKK killing the 4th guy while I was fighting the big BR). I certainly don't know why this glitch was possible to begin with. Anyway, set your gun to rapid fire mode, shoot a couple time then press reload. Immediately rapidly smash the alt-fire mouse. You know you've performed the glitch successfully when your character switches mode while still reloading, you see the GUI showing plasma fire briefly before going back to rapid fire mode, and the ammo count will briefly show 50 before going back to 10. Let's see if anyone gonna notice this.
