We just finished building in August and absolutely feel you on wanting to save the “please fix” requests for something big. When we moved in we had our sprinklers behind our fence, no grout on our fireplace, a crooked island etc. It gets better!!!! Now everything substantial is fixed and the biggest complaint I have is on one cabinet door paint job. Praying for you!!!
Forgot to say in last video. Don’t cover up the storage door in the family/tv room. It’s will be a great asset if you plan on selling. Many people don’t need extra storage but more will need it.
This is so exciting!! I am in the process of building a house with a new build company right now and it would be really helpful for you to do a video talking through the process… what you would do different, tips… that type of stuff!
