I have a doubt
If we want to generate multiple certificates from single form
ie if they click value 1 then they must receive certificate related to 1
And if they click 2 they must receive other one related to 2

Hi Nisa, Thanks for watching our video... First, you should enable the quiz mode in the form which you could find in the settings next to the preview after enabling that it will allow the add-on to send the certificates automatically...
You could create your certificate with the space for the identification number the in the same way with the brackets you can use the {{IDENTIFICATIONNUMBER}} and apply the same in the forms so that it will be generated automatically.

How might I add a date to the custom certificate? People take webinar on their own at their own pace. If they put the date in the quiz, would I be able to add another field using the same bracket concept you did with the name?

Instead of preparing the quiz in google forms you could create a database base on the 'name','designation','department' etc., in the form with that you could generate the certificate.

As there are more users the certifyem add-on is charging some amount. If you purchase then only it is possible for you to remove the watermark.

Kindly check whether you have used double brackets at either side, where you have given the input in the slide... that would be the reason for not printing the name in the certificate.

Hello Mr. Farid, Thanks for communicating... You could send 100 certificates per day from you personal mail id. If you have any organisational id then you will get the credibility of sending up to 1000 per day...

Sir now I'm conducting the quiz program. Everything is going fine. But few participant are requested to change their details in the certificate. I tried your trick that's editing the details in Certifym certificate record . But no updated certificate was sent to respective participants. Same time I used resend certificate option. But this sent only old certificate not updated one in the certificate record. Please help me how can I rectify that.

If there is any change in the certificate to be carried out, kindly go the the certifytm addon advance setting and turn off the dispatching of the certificates to the concern participant mail id, instead change it in to save it in your google drive...once after the modification is done go to the certifytm addon and resend the certificate... now with the changes it will be saved in your drive and you have to personally mail the certificate to the participant those who requested for the changes.
What is not mentioned is you have to buy their subscription to remove the logo
Thanks for watching the video. The watermark in the certificate has been added recently due to excessive usage and downloads. Now, one could use this facility only with the watermark if you need it without a watermark then you need to purchase based on the requirement.

The first template you put for the certificate, is it an image? On the image, are you putting a text box? Any number of text boxes can be added is it?
Yes it's an image. You could add only four boxes maximum to add information.
How would I change the message that certify'em sends to the respondent. Like I would like to change the message "you have passed" that automatically sends to the respondent.
Like the default email text that is sent is "Congrats Lisa, you passed!". I want to change that, not the certificate.

Click the Certifytm addon in which click the additional settings/more settings, you will find the custom message... delete that and give your input which you would like to send to the participants save the message without fail... now your participants will receive your message.

I would like to know whether you have uploaded your custom certificate or you have used the certificate which is available with certifytm addon?
In case if you have used the default certificate available in the addon there are few black and white certificates... if you have used yours there is no chance of receiving in black and white... anyway let me know more from you to help you better.

When you turn on the quiz mode in the form it is important to award marks for your students and we use the same form for organizing seminar or webinar in such cases we just ignore the passing average marks... in case if you conduct quiz you have set the percentage limit to send the certificates... when your students obtain the percentage of marks they will be receiving the certificates the rest won't receive... that is mentioned as passing in the forms.

In your certificate, you could bring the certificate number which is available in the addon so that duplicate copy cannot be created as every certificate carries different certificate number. 2. In the addon click the data sheet which is below the certifytm on /off... there all your data will be available... including login time and logout time and other stuff as you expect.

Yes sir you could print the certificate in Tamil... but you should have the Tamil font in your system... once after collecting the data from all you could change it in Tamil... but before doing that kindly change the setting in the certifytm add on instead of sending the certificate to the participant turn it to save all certificates in your google drive so that you could replace the name in English to Tamil.

Just open your form install certifytm addon in which you need to open the addon setting... click advance setting in which you will find the default reply.. you could delete the message and customize accordingly how you need...

Before enabling the add-on you need to select the average marks in the add-on... if you are not conducting any quiz you just select 0% in the score... incase if you are organizing quiz then you need to add marks in the google form and accordingly you need to select the average pass mark in the add-on too...
For quiz score -> Google Form -> settings -> Turn into quiz
For add-on pass percentage will be available in the home screen itself.

Either you might have forgotten to use the brackets correctly 2. or you might have changed the position of the data either in the form or in the certifytm addon... Kindly do check and change accordingly so that you will get the participant name instead of {{FULL NAME}}
This video is very useful and has helped me. But this is for a quiz where you have shown certificate is being generated automatically once they submit quiz form. But for webinar it is not the case. Only after they attend we will be issuing. In that case how to generate an e- certificate.? You could have shown that also.
Thanks for watching the video... instead of preparing a quiz, you have to prepare a data sheet where you need ask for the participants "Name and other details" accordingly you have to modify it... When the participant fills the datasheet immediately the certificate will get ready once after the programme you could send the certificate to them.

You could switch at any time... if you wish to send to the particular participants instead of opting to send through the mail in the additional option in certifytm addon you could save those certificates and send to them later so you will have the control over despatching the certificates.
