MRS SMITH'S INDIGENOUS / ABORIGINAL ART ft MIIMI & JIINDA for kids

This video aims to educate children on the history of Aboriginal art and the techniques used by Indigenous artists. You will be introduced to some contemporary Indigenous artists and be guided through a simple lesson on creating your own inspired piece.
You will need:
paper + pencil
paints (watercolour or acrylic.. but definitely white acrylic) + fine paintbrush
two different sized circle tracers
When doing an Indigenous style painting, it is very important we do so with the utmost respect. It is ok for us to have a go, but we would never exactly copy an artwork or try to make money from our artworks.
