There's an item in bridgepour called a magnet on a stick. It acts like a handheld version of the logic magnets - would make clearing up messes like that big one at the end of the video WAY faster
there should be like a large storage box you can put your valuables and parts in. this way the option to remove all loose objects would be way more userfriendly
So an idea. After sorting materials into their different categories, instead of feeding materials directly into the auto smelting devices with your magnet setups, you could instead feed all those materials into small looping conveyor paths. These normally would just feed back into themselves cyclically. However, upon activation (either manually or by counting logic) magnets off to the side of these loops would pull materials off from the conveyors to the sides. These magnets would then be setup directly above funnels that then deposit all the collected materials into auto smelters when the respective magnets are deactivated. Benefits of this system include: 1.) Any missed materials by the magnets are immediately cycled back into the system automatically by means of the loop. 2.) Enclosures made from walls or blocks can surround the magnets/ funnel setups, preventing material loss to the sides (hopefully). 3.) Multiple magnet/ smelter setups can be made per each belt loop, allowing for intermittent activations so that no material builds up as auto smelters are processing. And even if there was build up, the system could be tweaked/ expanded on to prevent this. And even so, again, missed materials loop back to the beginning. 4.) Unloading equipment from rendering will (hopefully) not lead to disastrous messes. Materials on the belts just continue to loop. Materials held by magnets fall into funnels/ smelters. But hey, I’ve never played this game before. I just used to design bulk material handling equipment for a living. So your mileage may vary. Anyway, love the content!
Don't know about the conveyor clog but the one at the iron smelter is caused by the funnel, if you want to keep then you have to always stop your machines before saving the game so next time you load in the game it doesn't clog, for me it would always clog(gold ore inmy case) when starting the game and cause this clusterf... so now i just use the circuit without the funnel, don't even need to stop the machines and no spillage either
When you're building, try looking at the object next to what "grid" you want it to be on. Seems to snap where you're looking, so if you look at the hitbox of the object it should snap to the next available spot. Just seems like that's how it works, haven't exactly tried it myself. Might also be able to do the angles wall pieces meant for the roofs to cover the sides of the stairs.
that was great when you turned the magnets on when the Iron was backed up at the funnel.. I said.. "oh damn, thats gonna hurt when you turn them off again" LOL .. even the magnets next to the Iron grabbed some . .HA.. seriously though, Your system runs very well, and I am surprised all the "decorative" bits didnt cause worse lag and issues than what you got.. Kudos
At the top for your smelters, if you remove the digital pad turn the T Cable to the side and take it down, connect to lever. The weight will reset when you pull lever.
The frame issue is caused by having a lot of logic cables right now, no clue why but i removed all my logic lights and cable from my mine and it was better, also hybridsteel has had the same problem on his live steam play threw aswell as his testing lab save.
4:10....the difference is that you placed Floor and walls next each other. The darker on the left is flooring you placed upright. I suggest you separate your belts and miners. Like you turn on/off your miners with a switch...but the belts keep running, clearing the system out.....but in a way, you can NOT turn on the miners without the belts. The best way are logic-valves....and did you know...bot regular and logic valves...work on a cable. You can use a valve to block a signal in a cable.
The way i set up my mine is each group of miners has a power thing at start i forget the name (you put the bars in) and when clearing system i just open them up shutting off the miners i dont have one per miner like diesel just 1 per section of 10 works fine.
2 things you can buy another truck for cheap thats way quicker and theres also a mine in the forge area you can buy and the dirt goes horizontal instead of down and its fairly big aswell

the problem is machines running having the lights is causing a massive problem as well and the water pressure problem as well. the problem ur having with vertical belts is dirt in mass quantity sometimes clips through the base... ill send you a discord message with my "work around" for now until it gets fixed
I questioned why the buildings never turned into static objects like melted ores to reduce frame drops. IDK if it would even work but hell it's a thought lol
There is a button to delete all dirt and all loose ingots in thew menu... I usually press it every start of the game just tu make sure no "mid air ingots" stay stucked... so cleanup can be easy as... :-P

i havent played the game in a while so i dont know but the gem compressor/compactor. does that compress the gems into the same type of gems like green to green, etc. or does it compress them all into 1?

does deisel not know that there is a button for clearing all raw resources? it leaves the resources on the filters, and iron is not really something you need to be concerned with conserving at this, or most other stages of the game.
So I have been watching some hydroneer videos. and frankly, this game seems soulcrushingly tedious. as in, Free mobile Game tier tedious. The texture difference is between wooden floor vs wooden wall. Wooden floor can be placed horizontally

One way to get rid of lag is to lock EVERYTHING down with the construction hammer.
I just cut my losses and clear all dirt and resources when I load up the game. Usually deals with the issues.

@DieselDesigns Gaming if you run around with the Locking hammer you should beable to lock in all the piping as well that should help with the lag

The item getting stuck tends to happen on reloads. Saved pieces will just get stuck on load.

More than about 10 drills you need to turn them on in stages otherwise you will end up with blockages at some point

Occasionally just delete all the extra raw ore instead of picking it up. Since the machines so good it won't lose you a lot of time.
easiest way to fix the issues is to delete all raw chunks in menu any time you get a jam up small loss for fps gain

You should separate your conveyor pipe line from your drill pipe line. That way you can clear the Conveyors without the drills being on

Green to green, etc. It just add them together by color (material) to make one big of each.
