I had a blind rage and when I became self aware I had picked up the classmate and had his neck and feet above my head and was going to toss him across the room. The teacher asked me to put him down and I stood him up on his own feet. He was a bully but I taught him a lesson that day, don't take kindness as a weakness.

I love my own company, my quiet moments, my solitude and my silence but.. when I am abused or used by narcissists etc, I do get angry and I express myself. When the narcissist understand that I am not weak and that I refuse to allow them to control me they usually leave me alone for good because they know that I don’t take bs from them. It fascinates me how they just cannot be still and silent even while moving around. Something inside me thinks that a person who cannot be still and silent is a troubled soul. And yes, i do get angry, and i do see that i have a unique power. My enemies tend to not to well in regards to me.

I know you speak truth. They may "black out" on people due to all they have held in "all their lives!" Therefore, the "last straw that breaks the camel's back" won't understand why they are too strong for them, and unstoppable against that onslaught. It takes a lot to push to the point of anger, but when I reach that point, no one will even look me in the eyes. I have picked up things I should have never been able to pick up. My ex used to say my eyes would turn black when he enraged me. And I could see the fear in his eyes. But yet he loved to push me to that point

I pray all the time to walk in the God's spirit of love, power and self control because I know just the thought of giving in to those disturbing moments of anger causes me to feel like I will blackout on them, if I give in to it, thereby ruining my life's witness. It takes a lot to push to the point of anger, but when I reach that point, no one will even look me in the eyes. I have picked up things I should have never been able to pick up. My ex used to say my eyes would turn black when he enraged me. And I could see the fear in his eyes. But yet he loved to push me to that point

I broke my house phon 2x, toilet bowel brush. Punch ppl in their face and their nose bleed. I gave a girl god bless the dead a bug knot on her forehead. I have more anger where that comes from i have build up anger. I lost my job because of my anger. Ppl at my job provoked me. Bullied me, test me. And my anger wants to stab them burn them alive and then some. Im a loner always been. Never had real true blue friends. I don't trust no one. I pray and ask god to change my mind. The way i think help me to forgive and gain peace. I pray for him to re test me on the tests i failed. I cry more now than before. Im in working progress.

My ex and I were walking together this guy smiled at her on 2 different occasions and acknowledged her but not me which people of today are completely disrespectful.. Our cars were near each other this guy who was trying to flirt with my ex was about 2-3 inches taller and had probably at least a hundred lbs on me and his friend was equivalent in size to me.. (I'm 6'3, 230 lbs now) I think I weighed more back then.. I was Ready to go 2 on 1 at the time I snapped and felt disrespected. I'm in this world, I'm not of this world

chosen one too/I've been having problems with my neighbor his friends and they ridicule me , just yelled at him that I would kill him and his friends, I felt so much anger, I felt that I heard a roar internal from inside of me but I feel as if a supernatural force I hope not to reach those extremes but it was one of those extreme situations
