Lived in Tuscaloosa my whole life the only con is all the ruckus that goes on during football season it destroys the quaint peacefulness of the town Also all the littering that occurs during game day everything that I would say it’s a very peaceful town as long as you avoid the UA there is great beauty all around Tuscaloosa I just wish she could go back in time and see the riverfront before the UA real landscaped a beautiful natural area when I used to walk it with my family in the 80s it you could almost feel being there with the Native Americans walking the trails now it is industrial commercialized with concrete sidewalks in man-made structures
I absolutely agree! Tuscaloosa changes on football weekends. I just posted the 'cons' video yesterday and I address this issue. Thanks for watching and, please, always let me know what you think!
Hello, I would like to know about if the people in Tuscaloosa are receptive with people from the other country. I'm from Brazil and I will spend some time there. Thanks
Of course! We have a large German population because of Mercedes Benz and a diverse population with our large university. Our tennis pro was from Brazil. We all loved him! Please stop by the office when you're in town. We'd love to meet you!
I was raised in Alabama. The people are friendly and they believe in God and the church. If this works for you I believe you should be happy there. God bless you
We're about 4 and a half hours from the beach. I think that's an easy drive. I've gone to the beach for a weekend a lot of times. I've lived in several different states. To me, we're close to the beach. Thanks for reaching out!
it does get hot in the summer, but I do love living here. the students make our downtown feel vibrant and during football season there is so much energy in the air...
I have lived in Tuscaloosa my whole life and all of these are true! Roll tide!

The greatest reason to live in Tuscaloosa is that it has the same zip code as heaven.
It’s a streeeeeetch to say you’re close to the beaches.😂

Tuscaloosa is a typical college town overcrowded, full of young kids. hot as blazes in the summer, maybe visit but not to live
