How bizarre is this: I completely forgot I'd uploaded this four years ago (the day before my Birthday too, I've just noticed) and tonight a Very Special Person who's just appeared in my life reminded me of another Pulp song (F.E.E.L.I.N.G C.A.L.L.E.D L.O.V.E) (because, as I already mentioned, she's a Very Special Person). So, I thought 'Ooh yeah, I could send her my Pulp song that I just remembered I uploaded onto TH-cam', then I came here, and you've just left this comment THREE HOURS AGO! that seems insane to me! So basically, thanks and hi :) X

@@hana8426 Ah thank you, that's a lovely thing to say. And you're completely correct in your original comment - this is the best version of the song I've heard too, and the first version I ever heard of it. I then bought the album and trawled the internet for a version that would live up to it but nope, there doesn't seem to be one. They were on absolutely on top form that night in 1994. One day I might re-find the cassette, digitise it, and upload the whole gig. But I also might not so don't hold your breath :D
@@samhughes9631 I can only imagine what it was like finding out about them for the first time back in '94! I'm much younger (born after 94) so I've always had it easy when it comes to things like this. However if you do ever manage to upload the rest of it, I'll be thrilled!!
@@hana8426 Yeah, 94 was a good year for music - I found Pulp after getting into Suede and buying the NME religiously... I guess I was about 13 or 14 then... Suede were the first big-name band I saw live, so I had a good start... Never saw Pulp live, sadly. It's good to know that someone born after the Big Good Music Season is into it all... And of course, I'll let you know when/if I ever upload the whole Pulp set, it's certainly worth hearing once in a lifetime :)
