OK, since you invited building questions, I'd like to know how to install digital metal gear servos. Does the DSV130 3-Wire Digital Metal Gear Servo, Item No. EFL1090 fit into this plane? Product details for this type of servo is nowhere to be found. What about the travel direction of this servo upgrade compared to the stock servos? Would they work with AS3X/SAFE Select and the stock receiver without servo reversers? Thanks..............
For connecting the wings to the fuselage, the two servo leads for mine are both male connectors, not female like yours in the video. The two leads coming out of the wings are male as well. What do I need to do to connect these?
Hi I hope I can help someone with this. The version (of the Plane) without a receiver comes with an Y-Cable in the box. This Y-Cable is connected to the wingcables, now the singe male connector that remains from the Y-Cable is plugged in the receiver (on the underside of the plane). Normally on position 2. The other two servo leads are the elevator and rudder servo cables. These go also to the receiver. Normally elevator to 3 and rudder to 4. Throttle goes to 1. If you have an battery port on your receiver its normaly not used on this plane. Good flight!
