4,000 Pesos per night is honestly not bad for Mactan many places try to charge 3x that for no apparent reason (other than to rip off tourists of course)
Fyi the beach is quite the walk and they have a shuttle bus at certain times.. rocky and not nice at all.. With all the building across from it. it's gonna get real busy/congested next year. Belmont next door is very similar.
We stayed there last night in the 15th floor with my wife and I. It was probably one of the worst stays we have ever had at a hotel. Now note a lady did ask us how was our stay and i informed her about one issue because it was kind of awkward to tell her because i dont like to be a karen but i could not slleep last night bc the ac was not cold at all. My son and wife as well. There were two stains on the linen and mold on the yellow desk chair. Black spots of mold at that. All of these things cause me to sneeze and to have a runny nose and scratchy throat. My son and wife were fine so i didnt feel the need to complain. We have stayed here before as well so we were shocked why this time. I think i had five hours of tossing and turning sleep bc it was hot and i felt sick. We also didnt go to breakfast Bc we were all tired from the hot room.
Look at the the bottom of the sink it’s molded very dirty!!!! If I were the client I will report it to the management!. I guess the manager of that hotel didn’t check it. Poor hotel and it’s so shameful.

Agreed! By the way, the room I got here in Savoy is 2,500 Pesos. It's really good value for the buck!

Hi! It's about 30-40 minutes from Cebu City's downtown. There are also shopping malls nearby, but not as big as SM's. 😃
Fyi the beach is quite the walk and they have a shuttle bus at certain times.. rocky and not nice at all.. With all the building across from it. it's gonna get real busy/congested next year. Belmont next door is very similar.

We stayed there last night in the 15th floor with my wife and I. It was probably one of the worst stays we have ever had at a hotel. Now note a lady did ask us how was our stay and i informed her about one issue because it was kind of awkward to tell her because i dont like to be a karen but i could not slleep last night bc the ac was not cold at all. My son and wife as well. There were two stains on the linen and mold on the yellow desk chair. Black spots of mold at that. All of these things cause me to sneeze and to have a runny nose and scratchy throat. My son and wife were fine so i didnt feel the need to complain. We have stayed here before as well so we were shocked why this time. I think i had five hours of tossing and turning sleep bc it was hot and i felt sick. We also didnt go to breakfast

Look at the the bottom of the sink it’s molded very dirty!!!! If I were the client I will report it to the management!. I guess the manager of that hotel didn’t check it. Poor hotel and it’s so shameful.
