Hello again from Singapore. I am the customer who bought the poodle merchandises and yes I really like the character as I am a huge dog lover (partly because it also reminded me of Golden Child’s Joochan’s Poodle “Bbogle” 😅).
Thank you for packing the items prettily and even gave me some free gifts! The grapefruit ade and Bear Madeleines were so delicious!
I have always wanted to visit Their Coffee and I am so thankful to be able to find it on the last day of my trip in Seoul. Would definitely visit you again when I go back to Korea! 🥰

But no offence just my opinion though you changed your plastic supplies to paper straws and tape and outer brown cover,You are still using a lot of polythene (You even packed eco bag in a polythene cover which already has a plastic wrapping around).Also a lot of plastic for each cookie and memo individual packs as well)So it would be good if you reduce that and pack them in a paper bag.(just my opinion as you have already taken an initiative to do so)
