Do NOT look for ads on a newspaper. And please do not ignore the warning signs especially when kids are clearly upset. My brother and I were hit, slapped, yelled at by a horrendous woman who I still wish I could confront 20 years later.

@Zahraa Kobissy If the son wasn't choking he would still act the same. He's a grown adult and should lead good examples for his son. Being racist towards others is not a mistake but a choice.

This episode was so well written. It has 4 distinctive parts or acts and is amazinglu only 8 and a half minutes one. There is no wasted beat, word or action. For instance Vitny leaving the office and seemingly wiping her tears away was just so emotionally moving to me as the viewer. It just strikes home that racism emotionally damages. It shows the emotional redundancy and strength of character of Vitny. The bottom line is that racism should have no place in the rearing and nurturing of children today. There was no question that Vitny who loved and really loved children would save the life of the choking child. The only question was whether the father would allow her to save his life. The writing and the acting was that good, which created that question in one's mind as to how it would all work out. Thank you DramatizeMe for another excellent video about the illogical stupidity of racism and the message that it takes a loving village to raise a child.

True. It drives home the fact that people aren't born racist; racism is learned and can be unlearned.

I wouldn't choose to stay as a nanny because one event cannot change his racist views. By offering her a job, he may be trying to reward her for saving his son's life, but it doesn't mean he is no longer racist. As an employee, she may still make mistakes because no one is perfect, and his racial prejudice will continue to resurface. "Oh, you broke a cup. This is why I wanted a white nanny".

This has serious consequences for the whole Company, HR will have to fire the interviewing manager and set some empathy rules and equality values!! This is too much, it must end permanently!!

This was so precious. Life is so precious, we are all from Adam and children of Adam. We need to get over the phyical package we were created in and learn to know about one another. You may be surprised when you speak to someone who isn't like you..... get out of your comfort zone and get to know someone who you may have preconceived ideas about. You may find that you have more in common than you think.

I was denied a job recently, even though I have over 15 years of experience doing what I do. I think it was because I’m an Asian-American, the employers were White, I came into the interview wearing a mask to try and protect myself and the other employees at the workplace because of COVID, and the employers asked me why I was wearing a mask.
When I answered the question about the mask I was wearing (which she should have already known the answer to and not have asked me in the first place), she proceeded to kick me out of her store probably thinking that since pretty much everyone knows what Continent COVID started from, that I am the Nationality that I am, and that I was wearing a mask for protection, she probably thought I have COVID.

I'm glad he realized his mistake. People's skin colour doesn't define them, their actions do.

The video is great and have an amazing plot. Unfortunately racism is increasing so much these days. People should acknowledge that skin colour does not make a peron good or bad. Actions and the way which he or she have been raised makes a huge difference. We need to show equal love and respect to everyone, the world is lacking respect and kindness these days. Life is too short to hate and wish evil towards one another. Smile at eachothers and wish them a good life :)
