Not only are you a technically Great guitar player, but more importantly the feel and nuances you play with is what really makes you awesome to me. The feel Lukather creates in all his playing that just sends goosebumps all over, you have that as well. ❤ Even teared up here. Love your playing man!

Amazing! I got to see Luke in 1983 with ToTo and it was one of the most memorable concerts I’ve ever seen. Luke was on fire running all over the stage like a madman jumping up on Paich’s piano, getting up on the FOH speakers……..he was just doing his best Ted Nugent routine while playing intricate ToTo solos. It stands out in my mind 40 years later as if it were yesterday.

Man, this is fantastic. Very well done! Maybe best of all, we can actually hear all of his solos. Luke has mentioned more than once that he and Paich used to fight over the volume of the solos in the mix. Many times, the guitar is definitely not distinguishable enough during Luke's solos.

I been playing for 26 years, learning everything by ear since day one, i can learn by ear a solo in 30 min, 1 hour, depends on how long and complex the solos are

In addition to your attention to detail, I really appreciate the way you mix your videos with the guitar out front a bit more than they usually are on the original and with not quite so much verb n delay. Some of the originals are great and sit well in serving the songs, but it's nice to hear all the details more clearly. Thx again and yours is always great work. Very inspiring!

I have followed Steve Lukather since high school, his guitar playing was the first thing that caught my ear, and this guy is absolutely fantastic player, and plays all of Lukathers guitar licks. I have watched this video several times and you can tell this guy has spent some time working out Lukathers style of playing, great video.

Solos And sounds are spot on, solid and massive! You can tell there’s even more fierce if needed, but you’re holding back to not overwhelm the original feeling, and that comes across as great control and sky-rocket drive and pocket. IMHO best Luke take on internet. Chapeau 🤟
