As I heard once and now repeat every game vs or with yone:
You never feel like the Yone player outplayed you. It always feels like it is the champ doing the work.
Imagine having to plan your play, positioning and knowing how much dmg you can do while Yone can press E and ignore the first 2 problems while his true dmg takes care of the third problem, dude's going to E over blue wall, run mid with flash and press R - Q and boom you're dead because he can use 2 Q's and W while you're still mid air, very balanced champ riot

Edit: 29:00 notes it gives you damage on W and E. Just looking for clarity.
it procs when u slow or immobilize someone. E slow, W Fear and AA (E Passive)
