Operation Shujaa - UPDF medics offer services to wounded ADF fighters in DRC

Since the initiation of the joint military operation against the Allied Democratic Force begun in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a number of malnourished ADF women and children have been rescued and given medical care by the UPDF medical team.
The medical officer in charge of Mountain Division military hospital and operation Shujaa Capt. Dr. Daniel Okello says an overwhelming number of ADF who have surrendered have benefited from UPDF medics during the joint military operation in eastern DRC.
