Hello, I have been there in Moscow, boy it was cold when I was there...I stayed with my Russian girl friend in a flat ( apartment ).....she made me sleep on the floor on a mattress....did not have a blaket , I had to cover up with a Russian fur coat...John from North Carolina.
What a crazy experience that must have been. We visited in the summer and the weather was great. Hope you get to visit again on better weather. Stay safe
Are you so poor or are you so greedy that you didn't want to rent a hotel or cheap hostel??? Why did you decide to complicate the girl's life and ask to sleep in her room?! It's just indecent and not right! Her apartment is not a hotel, so say thank you for sleeping on a mattress and not on the street! A decent girl should have kicked you out!
