I'm not here to argue don't take me wrong, just saying that muscle are heavier than fat so if you lose muscles you lose weight. When you have a muscular body and chose to stop doing sport in order to lose weight/muscular mass , you firstly take weight since a part of your muscles become fat and losing this fat is a hard thing to do (even harder in a short time) plus you decide not to change this fat in muscles . Every doctor will say that losing weight in a short period of time isn't good for your health moreover it lead to take it back (even more than what you first had ) it is called the yoyo effect .
