These were kids born from a curse that impregnated a lady, then while the lady was pregnant kenjaku(the curse in geto's body) then mixed in his own blood. Thus giving the cursed wombs 3 parents. Again this was all explained in the episode, this next part was not so this is a spoiler. Spoiler: Yuji mom had died and was a sorcerer. The thing that is currently in geto's body, had took over Yuji's mom's body and got pregnant and held that baby for 9 months and now we have Yuji. Yuji, like choso and all choso and Yuji's brothers, are half curse, half human. That's why Yuji has an insanely strong body.

I believe that's what Choso felt when he was about to end Yuji but stopped because he felt it in his blood (his cursed technique) that Yuji was someone more to him than just another skin and flesh. A curse had impregnated a woman and Noritoshi Kamo had done multiple inhumane/horrible experiments, one of which was mixing his blood with the pregnant woman. Choso says that since he can feel blood changes in his siblings' body and that death was the greatest transformation of all, he could he feel Yuji nearly die when Choso almost killed him. Choso thought considering the brain changes host bodies, so to say, it could be possible for Yuji to be his brother.
