I especially appreciate the detail for some of the handcrafted graphics! Like at 3:07, the dark background of the "happy cell" had lower values compared to the brighter foreground. Did you use any external tools for designing the animations, or were they all done in PowerPoint?
Thanks, glad you noticed :) Animations were done in PowerPoint. Don't remember exactly how I made that one, but I strongly suspect I used 'Image to Results' in ImageJ to get the 'real' pixel values for the region shown.
