Nope, It's a Transfer tape, made for transferring cut-out stickers

No ofense but i think the worker did a poor job on installing the vinyl, to my opinion he could do it on dry install, and a proper transfer tape should me used. I used to do this kind of installation back on time when i had no experience but nowadays seeing a installation like this looks too poor to me

We also do dry application method, but in our experience that is time consuming, the best way to install vinyl sticker this big is wet application, it's fast and easy

how come when you peal the transfer tape it doesn’t take the vinyl out with it when the vinyl is wet?

we used squidgy to squeeze out the water under the sticker, to make the sticker stick to the Flex surface, then you can remove the transfer tape
