It's because youtube is fucking over all their content creators by using flagging and demonetizing virtually any video that isn't completely politically correct. Meaning if you even swear, talk about any violence, basically if it's even pg 13 it gets flagged. You can thank the shitty wall street journal for doing this because they made an article about ads running on a racist video that had like 300 views. Because of this almost every big company from pepsi to mcdonalds pulled ALL of their ads on ever video. This has costed youtube and content creators 750 million dollars. So what did google do? They said screw the content creators and viewers and caved in and did exactly what the dying and non relevant mainstream media wanted all along. This whole situation is pretty bad because youtube as we know it might be dead in a month or two at the rate it's going. I just hope a free non censored video sharing website can replace youtube.
Twitch's platform is just far more superior to TH-cam's for streaming, even for VLOG Channels now in my opinion since Twitch added the IRL section. Not to mention if Mike or Grandpa decides to they can take highlights or VODs from the Twitch channel and add them directly to Grandpa's Corner or this channel for extra content. It is a win/win for not only them but the fans as well. This would also give Grandpa and opportunity to show the side of himself you hardly see, plus extra money for Grandpa is always nice haha.
