The first cop to go into the house ....was the same cop that was first on the scene at Sandra Birchmore's house where they claimed she had unalived herself .....this same girl was passed around a group of cops!!
And was pregnant by one of them!!
The same officer came to the rescue of the Selectboard man when he got into a fight at a bar with two brothers.....that officer was off duty when he was contacted and he too beat up the brothers and then arrested them ......they were found not guilty in court and sued the town for false arrest and won compensation!!
The Selectboard man, owns the Pizza shop and was the one that got John to go to the bar that night .....he is also the same man that is getting people charged with Federal Crimes for exposing him!!
He has a son and two ELDER brothers one if which is the homeowner!!
An ATF agent that was in the house that night went off grid and refused any contact with the homeowner .....the homeowner and all of the 'witnesses' were subpoenaed to a FEDERAL GRAND JURY .....the only person not to receive a subpoena was the ATF agent.
Upon finding this out the homeowner contacted the ATF agent to ask why he wasn't subpoenaed and why he had gone off grid .....the ATF agent didn't respond .....so the homeowner got his ELDER brother also a cop to contact the ATF agent to find out what was going on!! Then suddenly before the Federal Grand Jury .....the homeowner and the ATF agent were in contact before testifying!!

It is literally a case like I’ve never seen before. There is soo much to it, that I’ve never seen before in any case.
Karen is factually innocent. I’ll say that with 100% certainty.
And I came to that conclusion by reading over the court docs.
There have been sooooo many twists and turns as far as what the state claims to have happened… then they completely switched up their theory as to how Karen hit him. Which none of it makes any sense, or even adds up with other witness testimony. Specifically that of Ryan Nagel and the Apple Health data on John’s phone.
I’ll say one thing… the state was NOT prepared for Aidan Kearney aka Turtleboy to take on this case and investigate the way he has.
And it’s not like he didn’t try reaching out to these “witnesses” to ask them questions to get to the truth. Because he did… but they didn’t want to talk and give their side, so all we had to go off of was their verbal statements to either the officers who showed up when John was found. Or the lead investigator, Michael Proctors reports. But the problem with Proctor is he knows the Alberts & McCabes VERY well. That’s been proven, even though the DA denies it. It’s just another lie that they’ve tried to push on us. Like our eyes aren’t really seeing them together.
And it’s been confirmed that the FBI has been investigating the Norfolk DA’s handling of this case. And they have been, long before it was really brought into the spotlight.
That was just recently confirmed by the MSM. But we’ve known they’ve been involved for a while now. But we also know they work in silence.
Just to make the Norfolk county’s DA’s office even better…
They tried to silence Aidan by getting a “special prosecutor”, Ken Mello and charge him with a bunch of felony “witness intimidation” charges, got all his devices, etc. They then decided to bring the charges to Superior court and add in a few conspiracy charges to the Superior Court which is a higher court. And unfortunately for the State that totally backfired because he was released on his own recognizance with no restrictions.
So all of the stay away orders they had imposed at the district court are gone simply because the judge did not have the authority to impose restrictions on someone who’s being released on their own recognizance. This special prosecutor was wanting more restrictions on him. It was a must see hearing!!
And that’s just what happened this past week.
That “Special Prosecutor” called anyone who thinks there is something seriously wrong with the case against Karen Read “Minions” in open court.
Who says that in a serious court proceeding like what’s supposed to be taking place there?
Ken Mello is way over his head, and wasn’t prepared whatsoever.
Not to mention the other frivolous charges against 9 citizens who protested on their own in the town of canton by simply holding signs, they also have their own witness intimidation charges.
So there’s the Karen Read case, and then there are these other cases trying to silence people by using the legal system for their own personal gain, to try to get people to shut up.
The opposite effect is happening.
I could literally go on and on.
For the record, I’m not an anti-police person of any kind.
But I’m certainly anti-corruption!!
John deserves real justice!
Karen’s next court date is January 5th.

Ashley can you do a reading to see why Jen McCabe turned on John??
She was the only person at the party who knew John, she was also the one to invite him, there are several text messages to him to find out if he was on his way and how long he would be. She then deleted all of these messages. Its her sister and brother in laws house.
She is also the same person that deleted 'Hos long to die in cold' at 02:37am.
She lied about when she left the party initially she said 1am in reality from her phone it was 01:47am.
She is also the same person that has made the claims about Karen.
There is a 911 call that she makes unaware that it was captured on Johns voicemail .....she does not sound shocked, describes John as a man on the lawn and says she thinks hes been there an hour?? Yet her claims are that Karen ran him over at 12:30. Her brother in law is a fully trained First Responder and she didnt get him from the house to help. She also stayed in the car even though she was the passenger

The way his cards fell were incredible.
The fact that she went home and there is video footage of it coupled with the fact that someone in the house googled the how long does it take for a body to freeze in the snow or something are both clear indicators to me that she didn’t do it.
The secret weapon is Jen!! She got John to go there and then deleted all of the messages ......she is also the Star witness her brother in law is the man of the house!! His brother is an elder on the selectboard who oversees the police in the town!! The brother killed someone years ago in a hit and run, he is also heavily in debt

This makes more sense than Karen Read doing anything, especially in regards to knowing through the years about many police officers and their corruption behind closed doors.

I don’t know what the “pervert” card represents, but today in court, she was calling him a pervert twice in an angry voicemail after she left John at the Albert’s when he didn’t come out of the house that night. She went home alone and was really upset and jealous because she thought he was cheating on her. Interesting. 🤔

They wanted to get his phone.
His apple watch data & another person’s apple watch data were stopped/not moving for several minutes after he was in house …was she trying to get him to unlock his phone:: ie “oh show me the picture of your niece”….
John had restructured his hours to be at home with the kids ....he was working 9 to 5 investigating *ex crimes!!
This came up in your previous readings ....that info has just been released in a Boston Globe article in the past couple of days!!
The mother of a certain individual on the day Karen was arrested offered the lead investigator a 'Thank you gift, when this is all over'
The lead investigator didn't turn it down he said ....get it for my wife!!
This same woman in her first statement said that she was called about Johns death at 04:50 by the the key 'witness' ....1 hour 16 mins before he was found!!
She has now changed that story to it being a missed call and that she got up at 05:50 to go to the house to drop off a birthday gift .....and that's when she found out .....which means that just shortly after Johns body was taken to the hospital she was at the house!!
Her husband and herself were the ones to get John to go to the bar they were in which is where he met up with all the others......her husband is a member of the Selectboard and her son was on the house!!
It's not clear if both her and her husband went to the house after the bar .....because they keep changing their stories!!
It's odd that the Key 'witness' called her at 04:50 .....when its her sister that married into the family ( the homeowners) and this mother is married to the brother of the home owner!!

Perhaps Karen thought she had until her attorneys started investigating. She was in a mental/physical/emotional state that could have made her more suggestible than usual. Someone telling her that she must have hit him could further mess with her memory.
