Unless there is an opposing player down injured as well. Which is unfair to the opposing team. An advantage are quickly taken as a tactic. It is the same thing when the team attacking was injured by the opposing team but there is an advantage ball for an attack from the atacking team, referee will allow play on even if the player that was tackled before is down injured.

The ref did nothing wrong. The rules has never change. You are allowed to start play immediately once he asked the ref. That is why you will see opposing player stand over the ball to avoid the advantage. It is a different question if the myanmar player is down injured, the ref cant allow the quick play-on. Read the rules, research or watch more football.
