ROBOT CAR / ship / vehicle
Made out of Azbro toy wax and styrene-approx. 5 inches long, 1 5/8 inches tall, 3 inches wide-date completed 2008
This is an idea for a car I had back in high school. It went from being a car that was going to be in one idea that I had to evolving into another car for a new idea involving robots. I'll attach some link to show you some sketches that I used to go by for the sculpture. I sculpted it out of toy wax using a heat pen thing. I used styrene too to form certain parts and added wax to it. The styrene acts as an armature in a way. Sometime I'll make an animation to show how it would function if it was possible. I also added some old and updated animation of the car/ship in this video.
