I tested $10 Whistling Buster Artillery Ball Shell Fireworks to see which is Best on a Budget

I paid a total of $30 for all 3 of these boxes of Whistling ball artillery shells. Inside each box there are 6 Artillery Ball Shells. I dropped them into a mortar rack and fused with around 3 seconds between each shot. They all were priced close to each other at the $10 per box range and overall were priced accordingly and performed as expected.

Frankly, I can't say which one was best - or worst for that matter. They all underwhelmed - but performed as expected at that price point. Now that said, it's also worth mentioning that we are judging these through the eyes and tastes of an enthusiast - not someone who shoots some small amount of fireworks in the backyard on the 4th as park of a family gathering. They would have no expectations about effects, heights, burst, etc. They would be shooting each shell one at a time in the tube provided and just want "up in the air and bang". When considered in that context, I don't think any would disappoint that consumer.
