I’m a big proponent of using the word rhythms over routines. It helps my mindset when bedtime/wakeup time has to shift or child is being unpredictable/changing. Give yourself grace along with the discipline. You’re setting a great example for your daughter ❤
@@RacheltheSAHM yeah this first week has, I believe, existed purely to show me how unpredictable life will be and how we have to mend our routine around life. But instead of abandoning ship, like I normally would, I’ve just done things as close as possible to my “routine”. Hoping next week will be more tame 🤪
You seem like a loving mom who only wants the best for her daughter. If you can’t stick with this daily, it’s because even people who have daily routines still have variations and things change depending on the season you’re in. I’m almost the same age as you and have a daughter who’s also 4, so I get it. I’ve battled with debilitating issues, and I’ve still managed to form a routine but it’s taken a couple years to really get into a good one that works for me. If you have to simplify things, please don’t beat yourself up! Good luck! ☺️💗
Please make another one of these videos. I find you very relatable, I’m 24 with a 6 year old, 2 year old and another on the way lol. I’m also living in Canada. I’ve tried many times to make (and KEEP) a concrete routine for myself but can never stick to it. Hoping if I can watch these maybe it will hold me accountable or something. Thank you 💛
