@@zzipperXDDD1924They could, but I think it would be a better idea to just make Shrek and Woody into puppets too because there's nothing stopping Disney and DreamWorks from suing SML for using their respective characters, and maybe that's why we don't see them anymore. And for the Shrek puppet, they could make him into a lazy, fat human slob, but I feel that would make him too similar to Bowser/Braxton. So I think they should rename and redesign Shrek while still keeping him an ogre, just like how they changed Black Yoshi into Ya Boy Duggie while still keeping him a dinosaur.
Unpopular opinion: At first, it took me a while to get used to them using the puppets instead of the plushies, but now I think I like the puppet era better than the plush era because the puppets are their own characters instead of preexisting video game and movie characters.
