Btw I don't recommend animating with arm IKs, which is why I've deleted the controls for the arm. Arms aren'y in contact with a surface and doesn't need to stay at a place.
I was looking for this everywhere, FOR YEARS. I dont use mine imator. i use blender, but this still helped. because now i know how to get that realistic walk on my minecraft character tysm.
You can adjust different curves in blender, so in blender you can create a even more detailed walk cycle, like having ups and downs for the arms, but I'm glad that this helped!
Yeah. It turns out for running and walking movements, you generally speaking want to use some form of FK, I had this problem too as I originally thought that IK could animate pretty much anything , only to find out it was god fucking awful with run and walk cycles, using FK is still a viable option and shouldn't be overlooked because IK came around.
