Thawing protocol with kitazato
It consists of 4 steps to follow.
At 37 ºC:
-We introduce the Cryotop with the oocytes in medium no. 1, where the oocytes will remain 1min.
At room temperature:
-We pass from the 1st to the 2nd media (with the minimum possible media) where they will remain 3min.
-We pass from the 2nd to the 3rd media (with the minimum possible media) where they will remain 5min.
-We pass from the 3rd to the 4th media (with the minimum possible media) where they will remain 1min.
-Finally we pass from the 4th media to the plate of culture and this one to the incubator.
