You mean the swirly things in 2C right? If so than I think those were intentional, as they repeat multiple times throughout the level (idk though, you're the danmakufu guru here, I'm probably missing something) That, or disfact just reused the same errored code which... definitely seems very disfact-like
@@TearMetoBitsDarling I'm referring primarily to the handling of the familiars in the second stage (at least in the first route shown). When destroyed, some of the effects play at the top left corner of the screen.
