To anyone who gets frustrated braiding, I am practicing about 15 minutes a day. Today, I have managed to smack my coffee cup with my brush, turn off off the lights by accidentally flipping the switch with my elbow, twice, and learned a few ways how not to open a bobbypin. After all that hassle, you bet I'm wearing my slightly crooked braid with pride. Learn every day!
Oh myyyy. When I try to braid/brush my hair in the bathroom, I'm always knocking over toothbrushes, turning off lights, smacking the mirror etc. It is SO annoying lol
😩 im 28 years old and have never even TRIED to do anything with my hair bc i never had enough time aka im lazy but I tried one and literally cried after I finished! I never though it was this easy.. thank you so so much!
YOU! My lady, are my new favorite person! I grew out my hair, but now it's getting in my way when I am working. So I searched for something that even someone as unskilled in hairstyles as me could manage to do. That first messy bun? Exactly what I needed!
I love your videos! I have very thick hair, and usually just put it in a ponytail or a braid to get it out of my way. I do NOT like to spend a lot of time on hair styles or makeup, and I like to be comfortable! Your channel gives me so many great ways to easily add variety to my daily look while still feeling like myself. My 13-year-old daughter even complimented me on my hair today! Thank you!!!
I've never really done my hair before besides a simple ponytail and usually when i try to creep out of my shell and try hair tutorials, the simple ones end up just like, assuming you're already a hair diva and my eyes glaze over and I just go back to doing my hair in a boring pony tail. This video was genuinely helpful -- ive never done that twirly-lookin braid before and its wonderful. thank you.
I’ve grown my hair out then cut it off so many times over the years! I’m determined to keep it longer so I can still braid it. I did the French and two strand braids since the 80’s. My then 3 year old son watched me fix my hair one evening before going on a date with my husband (his Daddy) and he said, “If you fixed your hair like that when you were younger, you coulda gotten someone REALLY good!” I said, but I love your Daddy! He said, “Yeah, but you coulda got someone even better!” 😂 I LOVE your videos and your son is adorable!
Whoa. Okay I can’t do hair and mine is super long. It’s always just piled in some sort of bun on my head. I’ve been wanting to learn a way to quickly throw it together for work that doesn’t involved it pulled up and back. I can French braid but it always looks childish on me. Somehow I managed to do the second rope braid style after just 2 attempts (first time the rope braid fell apart and I learned where I went wrong by finding another video of yours). You have made me feel like maybe I can actually learn a few easy hairstyles. I think I’ll start sleeping in fresh braids so that my straight hair has some texture for these styles so they look even softer/ nicer. One last thing is that the only reason I even watched and tried this is because you are realistic! You don’t pull out 58 styling products and tools or say it’s a 60 second hairstyle but you have to spend 3 hours curling your hair first.
I love how your tutorials are so realistic and messy in a good way. The end results look AMAZING nevertheless but watching you do it on your own hair makes it less intimidating to follow.
First bun I can actually do. Feels secure and looks better than the knot I was tying up for my job. I’m a factory worker and it gets hot in there. I’ve been searching for a decent way to tie back my hair. Thank you!
This is the the best hair styling video I’ve ever seen! No joke. I tried one yesterday and it was so fast and easy for me, and my husband couldn’t get over how pretty my hair looked! Life saver. Thank you!
OMG they do work, super fast and super cute, I'm soooo impressed because it's the first time a hairstyle works in my hair (it's tooooo straight, so it never holds and always and up looking awful). Thank you so much🫶🏻🇧🇷🤍
I am soooo thankful for you showing us these styles. Your low bun tutorial that I tried on myself, for the first time ever I LOVE my low bun! It’s so cute and neat. As you said, most who show hair tutorials on YT, don’t show the hair from all angles and it’s so frustrating finding out the hair looks ugly from an angle. But your hairstyles are so different and truly look amazing from every side! ❤️
I've seen her on Pinterest before when I was looking for different hairstyles to do and I always LOVE the styles she does!! I didn't know she was on TH-cam, YAY!!!!
Great! Loved the 2nd one, twisting down the side. I used to do this a long time ago and you reminded me how to do it. In fact, I would wash and lightly dry my hair, sleep on it and I’d get great beach waves in the am!!
Why oh why am I only finding your channel now! I love how simple but elegant the styles are. They’re not fussy. I live my long hair but I always get stuck with trying to to make it look good. So thank you for the ideas. Will definitely try these and keep watching for more ideas 💕
I've had my hair shoulder length for years but recently decided to grow it out. I'm trying better hair care habits and braiding as much as I can and your videos are helping me immensely!
Oh my gosh, thank you!! Hairstyle 2 is so beautiful but simple to do. One of the first "easy" tutorials I've watched where it's actually easy and looks like you are a hair genius 😁 I'm rocking that today ❤️
Okay. I’m obsessed and I can never get my naturally curly hair to work with me. How do you brush out your curls without becoming a frizz-ball? How is your hair so manageable that it doesn’t tangle at the first twist (or even glance, tbh). Please teach your ways 🥲 love these and definitely going to try them! The braid bun would be cute with a four strand round braid
I have to say thank you. So much. I have hair past my butt so finding hairstyles that are simple fast (I have 4 boys so no time to do my hair) and works with super long hair is amazing. This high bun that was braided was fantastic and worked great. Got it on my first try!
1st is my favorite bun..love the 2nd rope braid next.. watching you has changed my hair game for wrk ❤ thank you for sharing your talent and creativity !!
Oh my goodness! This was so good for me to watch. I have a spinal problem and so it affects my shoulders. My hair is just a little shorter than yours but this made it look so much easier. I tried the bun and I was super happy with it. It’s difficult to know what’s age appropriate at times as I will be 62 years old this year. Can I just mention you are so pretty and your baby is adorable. New subscriber here 😊. Big hugs this old gal from over here 🇬🇧🥰
Love these hair styles!Thank you for showing them.Theyll be perfect for work styles for me...fast and easy because I don't have alot of time in the morning before work.😊
I love those ez hair styles which looks beautiful on you but....when a person has fine hair believe me they definitely do not look the same. Texture is everything in hair styling 😍
Rope Braid. Been trying to figure that out but it always unwinds itself somehow. Our hair is down to the waist and we just cut off 6" so you know we've been trying all manner of lunacy. In the end, think we're growing it to extreme length again. Just...with more intentionality on our part. Thank you! 💕
Thank you for the comment regarding people not showing all sides of the hair. It’s true 😌 & thank you for the quick hairstyle ideas making the video “easy to see “ instructions I’m always throwing my hair up after being home with four kids for the majority of my life, cooking etc much put your hair up all the time. I’ve only tried one time to follow an easy looking hair video( not yours 😊) After I failed. I read the comments and laughed so hard because a girl put a picture of her up after following instructions & it looked like my fail) ( not the girl in the video 😂😂😂😂 I’m just throwing my (dirty) hair up to go to the store normally it’s messy bun to give height as a distraction … I looked up other ponytails, saw yours, and l liked yours (as stated above )😢 I’ll try yours later, after I’ll try the rope curls Thx !!!!
Thx for sharing, can’t wait to try one of the buns on my daughter for school today! Can you possibly do a video on some easy secure hairstyles that will stay in place for a workout? 😊

Those hairstyles are so stinking cute and so simple looking! Thank you for showing us a hair tutorial that isn’t fake and I love that you even timed it! Can’t wait to try these out!
Black girl here with hair as long as yours (all real and yes I had to point that out since I am questioned about it regularly). I plan on doing the last style tomorrow for work. Tonight I was feeling risky and washed my hair on a weekday😱!! Washing is usually reserved for weekends because the wash, blow dry, flat iron process takes me HOURSSSSS. My hair is very thick so I have to do everything in 4 sections. My arm tonight was tired after 5 mins of blow drying so I knew I made a mistake washing tonight lol. I had no choice but to finish. I got my hair pretty straight without having to flat iron so tomorrow hopefully my hair doesn’t look crazy by the end of the day. Wish me luck!
Congrats on 200k! That went fast! I remember about a year or so ago you saying how you thought of quitting TH-cam…then BOOM! So glad you stuck around! 🥰🎉💜
Yay! Thank you so much! If it wasn’t for my husband encouraging me to keep posting, I prob would have stopped! I’m glad I didn’t! Thanks for being here and for your continued support ☺️💗
This is the first video I've watched from you but I'm totally subscribing because your hair looks NORMAL!! I'm not going to spend 45 minutes styling and curling my hair BEFORE doing a 5 minute hairstyle. 😂 I appreciate how practical these hairstyles are!
I liked the one where you turned a braid into a braided bun. I also liked your other ones, you are so good at doing epic hair styles. From Belle (aged 7) and her Mummy ♥️😍👍😁
I used to do hairstyles on my hair a lot when i was younger, my hair is super long and watching this makes me want to do these styles, they look gorgeous! I would say use covered bands and not elastic bands as they damage the hair. Your little one is so cute! ❤💖
Hiiii I feel All your hairstyle videos are THE BEST explained and made tutorials. And love your vibe simple , casual, fun & graceful all together Bless ❤️
Your little one is adorable. 😁 Thanks for all the inspiring hairstyles. I've decided to keep growing out my hair, after watching your videos. Very well done and easy to follow. I especially like that you DO show all sides, after complete. That is usually missing elsewhere. Hugs from Canada and Happy week.
I had been scrolling threw TH-cam trying and trying o find the right bun tutorial I was looking for and this one was the one ive been looking for thank you!
I'm not able to have a drivers license and live in an isolated rural adress in a deeply wintry climate so this year for the cold season I'm going to be experimenting with a new vehicle: an electric scooter! This still means I'm going to have to dress the same as I would as an arctic cyclist (just way less muscular energy output needed and clothing balance for oversweating/ frostbite considerations. For years and years though I've been rocking the short hairstyles to make helmets and hat wearing more practical but this year I've been curious about keeping the hair long (for extra insulation) and developing the bun/ braid practicality, skills, coordination and gracefulness. :) I think I might try the bun braid first, seems like that one would be a good bridge point between a number of adaptive "on the run" hairdos and hair configurations for different scenarios. I'm excited thanks a lot for the educationals!

Good job for adding some style
This is the sweetest thing I’ve seen today

The wrap and side braid is AMAZING! OMG this is exactly what I have been looking for!

It was crazy cool and looked hard
!
THANK YOU SO MUCH! As a starter just starting high school, Ive been working on my hair!! Definetely hard but as they say, practice makes perfect! ❤💪
All the styles are easy and quick. They are so full when you start with the robe curls...thanks ♥️
Agreed!! The curls help, for sure! Thank you ☺️
I love how honest she is!
First bun I can actually do.
Feels secure and looks better than the knot I was tying up for my job. I’m a factory worker and it gets hot in there. I’ve been searching for a decent way to tie back my hair. Thank you!
My favorite is #2. It looks really fun & easy to do, good for collecting all the layers around your face. Good job way to go. Thank you for sharing.
Love that one too!! Thank you ☺️

I love this bc it’s helpful for people who are not talented with hair (me) I have such a hard time braiding so love these!
My fave was the low bun. I couldn’t do a NORMAL bun before this video, let alone the braided messy bun! It’s a lifesaver for proms!
I've seen her on Pinterest before when I was looking for different hairstyles to do and I always LOVE the styles she does!! I didn't know she was on TH-cam, YAY!!!!
I was looking for an easy updo thats a little nicer looking than a standard messy bun - this is the only video that accomplishes that. Thank you!
I like the bun! I recently gave myself bangs (they look good too), and I'm obsessed with putting my hair up into either high ponytails or buns.
Omg…these are so helpful and I made the rope braids into pigtails + french braids THEY LOOK SO FREAKIN 😎 COOL
Great! Loved the 2nd one, twisting down the side. I used to do this a long time ago and you reminded me how to do it. In fact, I would wash and lightly dry my hair, sleep on it and I’d get great beach waves in the am!!

Omg I love the 2-strand twist style. I cannot braid, ,but now I have a good alternative lol.

Oh god I thought the same. Glad someone pointed it out

I like your approach and the result on my hair. The side braid is my favourite.
this video really inspired me to put more thought into what hairstyles I should wear.
I loved the messy but sophisticated bun .. it looks beautiful. I'll try it tomorrow, thank you!!
That was actually very stylish and neat, especially for the amount of time it took. Well done!
Omg, your hair is amazing
I like the third one with the braid on the side. Such a cute hair style.

I’m just throwing my (dirty) hair up to go to the store
normally it’s messy bun to give height as a distraction …
I looked up other ponytails, saw yours, and l liked yours (as stated above )😢
I’ll try yours later, after
I’ll try the rope curls
Thx !!!!

I have just discovered this channel. This lady is adorable. She is beautiful and lovely like a ray of sunshine. Baby as well ❤️
I like that you show all angles. Many just show the back or front. Thank you.
I absolutely agree with the angles! Sure, it looks cute on the back, but omg so many look terrible sideways and/or front!
LOVE ❤️ IT, specially because my hair is wavy and I don’t like to keep blow drying my hair because the heat can damaged. Thank you so much for this code. ❤❤❤🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙏🏻🙏🏻😘😘
I needed this video. These look so easy. I’m always late because I take too long with hair & makeup + poor planning.
Those hairstyles are so stinking cute and so simple looking! Thank you for showing us a hair tutorial that isn’t fake and I love that you even timed it! Can’t wait to try these out!

That's why I choose seasonal bags like *suluxs* . great video
I have dyspraxia and autism and I really struggle with hair but after 25 years I think I've managed to do a (slightly wonky) bun. Thank you

I love the low bun!!! I have been looking for a low bun for so long. I finally found a pretty but easy bun.😄
I love the 2nd and the last one. Maybe cos I have nano extensions and these two work really well with them in

I liked all 4, but the last one was my favorite.
