Ingredients:
Dry coriander : 2 tbsp
Cumin : 1 tbsp
Dry red chili : 6 to 7
Dry roast it on low flame.
Thyme seeds : 1 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Raho fish : 700 gram
Salt : 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 2 lemon
Tamarind pulp : 2 tbsp (make pulp using little amount of water)
Fish masala : 1 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Food color : a pinch
Gram flour : 4 tbsp
Food color : a pinch
