Sure! I made two big circles with a black fluffy yarn to be the "body." Then for the ruffle part going around the brim, I just crocheted 3 double-crochets into each stitch on the perimeter of each circle. Then sew and stuff the two circles together (this is probably the hardest part). Then you can add stars, circles for eyes, etc. for details! If you need more clarification or details lmk
