Fun fact: The author of bleach initially wanted to be a fashion designer, that's why we see a lot of drips in the openings.

Correction the big three are Bleach, One Piece and Naruto. It's a common misconception that Dragon Ball is among them. The big three were around the same time period in terms of manga/anime and they dominated in terms of sales(That's why those three are them). Dragon Ball is a older anime that is incredibly popular and is commonly thought of one of the big three. The confusion might just be due to Dragon Ball being a huge inspiration for many other animes/mangas. To end it Dragon Ball isn't apart of the Big Three but it's usually looked at as a father of the big three or their older brother.
It’s usually considered the father/grand father of Shounen anime and anime in general .
i have never heard or read that dragon ball was one of the big 3 or that people thought this, it came to a surprise for me when i heard it in this video.

@@flixytip4571 Lol no, Dragon Ball is definitely not considered the grandfather of anime. Possibly shounen anime but not all anime in general. Anime has such a huge amount of genres; shounen is only one of them.

Fun fact the beginning of op13 is supposed to show that normal people can't see shinigami and hollows but there battles can effect the real world like that crane moving and no one was there.
As well as the clouds suddenly ripping apart, and the halls of the school suddenly turning to ash. The veil begins to break when you can see a figure beginning to appear above the power lines and traffic lights. Op 13 has such a unique style, using that technique for the first part, showing what the battles would look like to a normal human who couldn't see spirits. I also love the ending scenes that show time reversing, all the way back to the beginning moments of the series.
Jujutsu Kaisen and Black Clover drew influence from bleach so you'll see some similarities often

Demon Slayer is about well demons and humans fighting each other. That's about all there is in similarity. Although Bleach is better that's for sure.
As the One Piece fan I am, I need to point out that One Piece is part of the big three (DB is the inspiration of the big three) I know others have commented this I just felt like commenting this as well
Every soul reaper has a sword or “Zanpakuto” if you will and they transform in to different weapons using shikai and bankai

Madam was right,, there was another entity attached to ichigo's soul, it was called a Hollow, and this soul was the manifestation of Ichigo's Zanpakuto , and his name was Zangetsu

Lol y'all spent most of the video trying to figure out if ichigo gets possessed or not. The short answer is yes and no. It's alot more complicated. Similar to Naruto and kurama but a bit different.
New Gen lack of stroy telling and focus on fights more. That's why Bleach, Naruto and One Piece able to become successful. For example, Bleach - Ichigo vs Byakuya (fight for honor), Ichigo vs Grimmjow (fight for pride), had a lot of plot twist and cool character design + transformation. Naruto had the greatest speech. Good character development. One Piece, show the bond and development of their friendship.

Understatement of the year, lol! Trying to explain the real relationship between Ichigo, "White", and Zangetsu would take a LOT to make novices understand, especially by the end of the series and the twists in the Thousand Year Blood War that Kubo threw in there.

Bleach's English dub is really good though! I love Johnny Yong Bosch as Ichigo!! That was my first exposure to Bleach, so it's the most natural sounding to my ears, even to this day.
