Celpip is another option instead of IELTS. I wrote it and aced it, got a band 10. I have started my WES but my school is delaying with getting my diploma certificate😢

Hello seyi...How does IRCC verify work experiences. This is because I was employed as a firefighter in Nigeria in 2018 but in 2023 January I was posted to paramedics department and I have been working there. Now the paramedics occupations is one of the occupations under health care category. What do I do? My appointment letter is 2018 that makes it more than the 3years required. How do I explain to IRCC that I started work as a paramedic later in the job.
How do I go about this. My CRS score is currently 470.

They call your employers and check your references. Then they check the validity of your employers like through websites and phone directories n stuff. Apparently
