We can not directly contact to customer, their is 2 ways one is through email to Amazon community and 2nd one is by using case log.

You can’t do anything or find her Mai lid and reach out to her then she can edit her listing

It's against Amazon policy to massage customers to delete their review. Never do this your account maybe suspended
